Saw this on IG. I thought some people might benefit from this:
1. Get crystal clear on what you want.
2. Set metrics by which you will judge success.
3. Get so obsessed people worry about you.
4. Get gritty, life will viciously test how badly you want it.
5. Get so good you can't be stopped.
6. Make sure your goal is both exciting and honorable.
7. Know why your goal matters to you.
8. Add massive value to others.
9. Have a bias towards action.
10. Realize that failure is how you learn.
11. Make zero excuses.
12. Build your self-esteem around learning, not being right
13. Don't quit.
Do all of that and with ferocious intensity and consistency and you'll have a banger year!
