Gives a whole new meaning to a "hand job"

There is a 100% chance that dudes will put their dick in there

Hahaha I’m hoping it’s the right hand job!
There’s some days I can’t even pick up my phone

i would say...STAY away from giving them. few times a week maybe
can't imagine a few of your FAV's wouldn't mind giving a 5-10min hand massage while rapping with you...they would get better each time. probably the best course of action...though when inflamed, there is NO WAY anyone should be touching them...be too painful.
i have a great massage chair that does a great massage on arms and hands...might look into that also down the line...was one of best FAV purchases over the years. my friends love coming over and using it...anywhere from 5-8k, but will last a very long time. i would dump it in equipment and write it off
i am experiencing similar hand issues...sometimes can't even put my hand on the counter without a quick scream of WTF...comes out of nowhere and gets better a little later in few hrs time

Do you have the info on the massage chair?
I literally went to the dr yesterday and her first words were “I know this weather is not helping”
The cold makes it worse.
Just trying to see the best model for these hand massagers.

go here...there is a great showroom with lots and lots of models. maybe go there about 7 or 8 times and try them all out...they are very good with it...see if sitting in the chairs helps at all.
michael will help you with the features you are looking for
there is a great lil korean BBQ next door to it
these things are always on sale...the store adds its own warranty for the chair. had it for about 6-7 years and no issues so far
my friends always rave about the hands and foot massage...most of it is just pressure on the arms and hands. rollers and pressure on the feet

Yes! Thank you!

I would happily massage your hands... and the rest of you

I have a 2yo Lunix and strongly recommend it. I have fractured my hands multiple times and the Lunix makes them feel 1000% again. It was the only brand of massager that fit my mitts. I was really surprised at the amount of power it exhibits on battery.

In the mean time try soaking your hands in hot water till the tendons, ligaments and muscles loosen up, shouldn't take more then a few minutes.
It may help, just a thought.

Yes AF, I do that and ice baths for my hands.
|
|
Ice/cold makes everything tighten up so I'd suggest heat.
It's why I work out outside in the summer - everything stay loose once I've warmed up. The hotter the better so 90+ is awesome ... but sweaty.

Ice works for me just not so often

I think its probably like buying a sports car. depends on the skill of the operator...
|
|
The gentleman … I seen different ones which is why I asked, there’s lots of sports cars hahaha

Another thing that might help is hot wax (paraffin)
|
|
I forget about those, the nail shop it used to be regular.

Have you tried to treat this from the inside out. Like Tart Cherry and or Bodease, which is mostly Turmeric, or Turmeric 95.
|
|
go hit a nice chinese foot massage place...used to be like 20bucks for 1/2hr. so maybe 250bucks a month for them to hit your hands/feet a couple times a week

inflammation create heat and expand joints creating friction and more inflamation / pain.
fight inflammation internally and externally.
using ice externally is a good method, you can also look into acupuncture.
once inflammation is reduced work out lightly and spend a lot of time stretching after.
the stretching will allow blood to flow into the inflamed areas and help remove toxins to start healing.
rinse and repeat
