Yes you will want to adjust ratings. At some point ANA kicks in and will prevent you from issuing any additional ratings until your percentage gets back to a more 50/50 rating. Otherwise it makes it seem like you’re phishing for ratings.
I would suggest reminder messages to those individuals who didn’t return your rating. If they don’t respond, then I’d boot them from my network.

I had that happen to me
So I just kindly asked them to rate me first
So I could rate them back and yes pm a friendly reminder
To rate you back 50/50 ratio is best
Hope that helps you
Best wishes
Happy New Year

I have had ANA lock me out of issuing reviews because the balance got too far out of whack. I simply compared issued vs received and deleted anyone that did not rate me back after a reasonable amount of time. That seems to be the only way to resolve it unless you go back and PM all those that didn't rate you and ask them again to do it.

Thank you very much

Listen, if a person doesn't have the human kindness and decency to network you back, just go to your network, then click on your tab that says RATINGS I'VE ISSUED, and go the X on the right side and delete them. Right now you have 246 inbound / 301outbound, get rid of the 15 LOSERS!

Maybe only 1 lady has rated me first. All wait for me to rate and most will rate back after I send them a message.
Also, your compliance rating is zero. Not sure if it's because of the lopsided ratio or because you are not answering the questions correctly.

darthspiker yes I did have some problem answering the questions at first. Once I figured it out there was no undoing it sadly

Actually, I believe you can re rate anyone. It is the new rating that stays, and the old rating is gone.

jimmmyz I've tried to do some rerating and it's seem to keep the original date if theirs no change in my karma or Safety rating

You can both delete or not delete a rating and then rerate anyone you want. Problem is it does not reset certain responses to questions once answered. The multiple rerates will also show up in the history which gets some people into trouble.
