I was sent down a long 7th floor hallway to room 786...
The last room at the end was room 776 and ther were no other hallways.
I'm hiding in the ice dispenser room frantically texting for a room update, explanation, phone call...
15 minutes later... "oh sorry.. its room 768.

I hate it when there are two hotels owned by the same corporation and they are very close together.
I knocked on the door, waited several minutes, texted, she says she opened the door and I'm not there. Of course not since I'm at the right room but wrong hotel...

Got off on 4th floor by mistake and went to 461
There was a party going on at 461

Years ago I had a similar situation. Cannot remember now if she told me the wrong room number or if I just couldn't figure out the hallways but I simply could not find the room. She had to put on some clothes and come out and get me. Pretty much a buzz kill to start.
One of the many reasons I MUCH prefer to see ladies at their homes instead of hotels....

happened to me. had to apologize followed by an immediate text… “wrong room!!”
but why do people open a motel door to a stranger?

I was accidentally given the wrong door one time, but thankfully I couldn't find it

lol oh my I was that dumbass who sent the wrong room num. on accident i sent the room to my room before the new one was in at the moment but I was able to get him to my room eventually, oh man

I think that is why some ladies will leave the door open when you are coming up. This way you know you are in the right room.
