”There is no such thing as “disinformation” or “misinformation”. There is only information you accept and information you do not accept. You were born with a brain that allows you to process the information you receive and make independent decisions.”

WTF SheriffBart! That is just some absolute crazy talk! In fact, I think you are spreading misinformation by suggesting people think for themselves. I'm going to need to contact my state representative and see if we can't get Gavin to sign a bill making it a crime to suggest people think for themselves.

Agree 100% Sherriff

And what's the difference between Republicans and Democrats?...
When a Republican doesn't like what's on TV they change the channel.
When a Democrat doesn't like what's on TV they get the Cable Company to drop that channel.

Just an FYI: after the vaccines were released, more Republicans died from Covid than Democrats.
What reasonable conclusions can be reached from that fact?
- Covid kills.
- Covid vaccines work.
- Conservatives are morons.
So, continue to believe what you want. It will just make it even harder for your geniuses to win future elections, at which point you'll claim that the elections were stolen...self-perpetuating stupidity.

The people who created the "correct" information are the same people who stand in judgment of other information and are empowered to label it as "misinformation." They are the same people empowered to remove you from your profession, destroy your career, tarnish your reputation, charge you with crimes forcing you to his expensive legal counsel, which in turn could cost you your retirement, your home, your belongs, and cause harm to your family in order to defend yourself in court...
And when you get to court, the judge just might be "one of them!"

MA against my better judgment, I am going to respond to you…
Dude, you’re so diluted is not even funny. You respond to a factual defense of a constitution topic by stating how effective the VAX ideology was in killing Republicans. In support of your weak ass, pointless-off topic argument, which no one cares about, you sight one study which may or may not be fake news. Remember The Lancet, the bastion of medical publications, had to retract their study on ivermectin.
Further, this medical industry publication you use as off topic proof cannot even state how many Republicans or Democrats are in each state that they study. And it’s not even a nationwide study just two states. Did you read the article? Or just scan the headlines …
Of course you’ll go on and on about this response but really, nobody cares. No body.

@flash911
My post is actually on topic. Ultimately, this isn’t a free speech issue. This decision will be overturned.
As a doctor, you shouldn’t be influenced by your political beliefs. Doctors must meet the standard of care or you they can be found liable in a medical malpractice suit.
Rather than call it misinformation, call it an unconventional belief that doesn’t meet the standard of care that a reasonably competent doctor would have. So let’s say a doctor doesn’t believe in the vaccines and doesn’t recommend it to his patients and a disproportionately high number of his patients die from Covid. He will lose in a malpractice lawsuit and his medical practice would also be liable.
One of the dumbest guys I knew growing up is now a doctor in Orange County (he couldn’t get accepted into a medical school in the US so he went to medical school in the Caribbean). He held off from getting vaccinated until the hospital where he worked told him he would be fired if he didn’t get vaccinated. Incidentally, his wife almost died from Covid. Needless to say, he and his entire family is now vaccinated.
Honestly, it is a waste of time discussing these issues with you, @yellowB2, and those like you. Continue to be skeptical of the standard of care and eventually it will catch up with you. You’ll then say “I’m only human” when forced to admit that you were wrong. Actually, you’re just not that bright; but even idiots (who are self aware) follow expert advice.
Bottom line: you’re defiantly ignorant and you only have yourself to blame when things go to shit for you.

And the Experts built the Titanc
Do some research on Batch and Lot numbers and you will find most Dem's got Placebo.
|

Not really a win for the anti-vaxxers. Doctors who generate and spread lies about the COVID-19 vaccination, like repeatedly telling patients not to take it because it has killed hundreds of thousands of people, can risk disciplinary action by state medical boards and could end up having their medical license suspended or revoked.
As they should.

“And the Experts built the Titanc

This is about the dumbest shit I’ve read in a while.
First off, political affiliation is/was not part of registration for a COVID vaccine, or any medical care for that manner.
Secondly, vaccines aren’t administered as placebos, that only happens in trials.
Thirdly, there is no manner in which to look up what batches/lots went to which members of a political party.
There is just so much fucking stupid in this post that it is fucking mind boggling how some people that read and believe this kind of shit get through life. Incredible.

I think the issue is that there's a difference between doctors talking bullshit on social media, which is protected speech, and telling their own patients outrageous lies repeatedly, like the COVID vaccine has been shown to kill hundreds of thousands of people.

I read the judges decision some days ago, it was clear and well reasoned.
Could be used to rebut many laws proposed by both parties.
As is typical, this law was a dumb one, far too much leeway for bureaucrats to achieve any outcome they'd like.
Still struggling with how any Progressive could have the balls to call somebody else a fascist or Nazi. I mean the far right has plenty but the Progs are vying for the title.
Seriously, can't both sides just STFU and let the rest of us live our lives?
I don't think we're asking too much really.

Oh, and as usual, MA is full of koala shit
This won't be overturned
The decision will stand.

Look at who are dying and having heart attack. There are so many young athletes that had to take the vax to stay in College. There never should have been a vax mandate.

“ What reasonable conclusions can be reached from that fact?

Republicans are older.
Republicans tend to have less healthier diets.
Democrats were so afraid of COVID that many stayed indoors for nearly 3 years.
But hey, don’t let actual facts get in your way.
