Love Huntington Beach but you can't go wrong with Irvine or Costa Mesa
I'm sure no matter where you go you won't have any trouble getting someone to hang out

Newport Beach, you can’t go wrong…

Costa Mesa/Newport Beach and Irvine are your best options. There are also lots of food options all around those cities.

I like Seal & Sunset Beaches. Less suburban and sterile. Have a great trip.

Can't go wrong with Newport / Costa Mesa. Check out Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach.

Correction, Emeald Bay is a gated private community. It's Crescent Bay that's public.

Yea Newport Beach is probably the best mixed within close proximity of good restaurants & beach and if need more nature reserve type Crystal Cove State Beach is a fun short drive from Newport Beach. Plus if Yourbaby_Fiji is inviting you over, like come on. Eventually do doubles overwhelming some guy whose way in over his head

Buena Park is good for Korean food and knotts berry farm , if you want a variety and endless options , as my fellow HXers already said , Costa Mesa and Newport Beach
