You don't need it till you're 60 - 65. Otherwise your donger will get lazy on you and need it to activate. Don't mess with mother nature.

Mist ED prescriptions focus on inhibiting PDE-5, which is the enzyme that decreases blood flow to the naughty bits. The difference between them is the Sildenafil products are taken just on the day you need them, whereas the Tadalafil products are taken every day and need 4-5 days to kick in before you will experience peak performance.
I am not a doctor. I just play one on HX but you can Google PDE-5 Sildenafil and Tadalafil and read for yerself.

Seek the Truth. Take the red pill.

I ordered them through Hims and it has made a big difference. I take it occasionally when I see one of the ladies here because I want to be able to get 2-3 pops in 1 hour. A side effect I experience is hot flashes, 20 minutes after taking it my skin begins to feel hot, but the trade off is worth it for me.

I personally have had nothing but great experiences with Viagra. I have really bad anxiety which makes it very difficult for me to get it up but with the pill it works like a charm. I recommend you only take it if you are extremely in the mood and haven't climaxed for at least a few days. If you take it and you are not in the mood it will be very difficult to climax. I personally use the smallest dose, 25mg and I take it maybe once or twice a month at most. Be prepared to feel a little hot when you take it and your heart rate increases slightly. Make sure you take it exactly 45 mins before sex, taking it too soon or too late makes your erection not that great. Also, if you drink like 4 or 5 bottles of water within 3 hours after sex it flushes out of your system pretty fast. I recommend it to anyone having issues with erections. It's not always ED, for me it's Anxiety and stress.

Some one gave me good advice:
Lechitin
Niacin
Multivitamin for men
Beet juice, tumeric and ginger, will help increase
Blood flow and decrease inflammation which is healthy
for your boner down there!

need it or not...cut it up into little pieces and take it every time

if you have high blood pressure or take any meds of that type or any blood thinners, take the Cialis, had it recommended by my cardiologist, Pro Tip: take it on an empty stomach about 30 minutes prior and you may be good to go for most of the evening...If you take it with food you will be waiting for it to take effect YMMV

For the past few years, I have taken 1/4 tab (.625g) of Levitra about 45 mins before sex and it's always made the experience much more pleasurable. Although I am in pretty decent shape for my age (58), I suffer from anxiety as well, which has resulted in lost boners, premature ejaculation, etc.
Apart from some sinus congestion, I've never experienced any negative side effects to date. Just positive ones...the best one being a lady once tell me "You're so fucking HARD!" just before impaling herself on my once-again-mighty sword.

1) For economic reasons, get the max dose and cut 'em up. Might as well save some $$
2) as mentioned -- sinus congestion with the blue one. For me - it was very bad congestion - almost to the point of being a deal breaker.

My side effect is heartburn and burning cough. I hate that part. Otherwise yes, 1 hour before fun and don't worry much other about it.

I don't do it all the time but it's great when I do, feels like I'm 16 again lol.... in terms of being able to go for round two, if you're on the pill you'll get hard again sooner but the rest of your body isn't really ready for a round 2 so you might not ejaculate/orgasm for a while. So you're hard but not really going anywhere sometimes

Pop 'em like candy
So the ladies can do chin-ups on the "bar"

If I'm reading your post correctly, your issue isn't with achieving and maintaining an erection following your first ejaculation. The issue is the time interval between first ejaculation and when you are able to get the second erection. If that's correct, you're seeking to shorten your Male Refractory Period (MRP). Everyone has a refractory period and just like most things, everyone's is different.
For Females, or people with vaginas, it can be as short as a few seconds and in Males or people with a penis, it could be hours, days, or even weeks before they're ready for round two.
And just like a lot of other things, the foundation of good sexual performance is good physical and mental health. Starting around 40 yrs old, the period gets longer as we age. Good news is that there are some things that can help reduce MRP.
Here is a great article on refractory periods from the Healthline website:

In my own experience, just getting in better shape by increasing my activity and cutting back on junk food is the quickest and more impactful solution to multiple issues.
