I would be happy to hear that Biden is not running in 2024. He’s made mistakes (especially Afghanistan), he isn’t very polished and he’s just too old to be considered. He also passed a great deal of legislation during his first two years in office, and he’s State of the Nation speech was artfully delivered and embarrassed Republicans (they actually embarrassed themselves). The commentary from Fox News and other conservative media admitted this.
The Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines were not destroyed. A hole was created in shallow water (300 feet deep) that can be easily repaired.
If the US wanted to truly destroy it, they would have made it impossible to be repaired. Again, the relatively minor damage suggests that Russia did it and that’s what the Europeans believe.

the pipeline construction was financed and payments due..if all of a sudden no gas is sold due to sanctions, well payments must still be made and someone not happy to be losing all this money.
however if something out of the ordinary happen to the operational status of the pipeline its very possible it can be claim as a "Force majeure" - and payments / note can be argued.

Build Back Better is only starting to show benefits now; the money to be spent is only being deployed now with the various projects across the country.
Despite the doom and gloom that Republicans keep on bitching about, the economy is still strong, jobs are just being created in above-expected numbers, the CHIPS and Science Act to increase domestic manufacturing jobs and to prevent China from stealing our technology, caps on pharmaceuticals (especially insulin is a good example), blocking Republicans from cutting Social Security and Medicare which Republicans fully intend to do by holding the Debt Ceiling hostage.
As @ISOS suggested, Democrats can also overreach by spending too much, which is why Republicans then attempt to cut the spending. That is a healthy way of keeping both sides in check. But to hear your (Ego's) side of things, you claim that Republicans only do good and Democrats only do bad.
In actuality, if I had to pick one side to actually run the country well, it is hands down the Democrats, and most reasonable Republicans would agree.
