A level 0 person has very little network so their rating does not have as great of a change to your rating (network). Even if the person is a level 5 there are level 5s with more network than a level 5 with less network. It is also not just how many people they have seen but also what is the network behind the person that was seen.

don’t concern yourself so much on levels. just see who you want to see regardless of level. it’s all about having fun. the raising in levels will come. it’s always nice when a lady rates you, especially without being reminded, but sometimes no matter how many times you ask a lady you’ve seen to rate you she just don’t get around to doing it.
