Dancing (not strip club, but actual formal dancing) also helps. I've known women who have aged well because of consistent, vigorous dancing.

sherkahn I'd love to pop one of your eyes out with a fork and skull fuck you.
But I'd settle for jacking off in your ear and shooting in some brains.

Lift weights then 30 Minutes of cardio everyday. Being consistent is a major part of it. Be sure you eat enough protein. Lot of information on Youtube if you have questions. Ask a friend that has experience in training.

Cut the carbs by half for the day. Limit sugar. Have protein in the morning for first meal, not something sweet or carb loaded. Mix in some weight lifting at the gym if possible and 15 min. of aerobic movement daily. Guaranteed to work.

Your Target Heart Rate
To improve your cardiovascular fitness, you need to raise your heart rate to a certain level and keep it there for 20 minutes. Ideally, you should be working within the 50 to 75 percent of your maximum heart rate, a range called your target heart rate.
Age 20 Years
Target Heart Rate: (50-75%) 100-150 beats per minute
Ave. Maximum Heart Rate (100%): 200

When you first start working out don't 'push' yourself to work out for an hour+.
Only do 30 minutes till you work up your endurance and DON'T over work.
Working out shouldn't hurt so start out slow ex. instead of doing 4 sets of 20 burpies do 4 sets of 10 etc.
The idea is to get your body used to the new routine. Your muscles are going to get sore but they shouldn't be so sore that you hurt so start out slow and work up both time and sets.
Most people stop working out after the 1st or 2nd week because they over do it the first couple of days. The idea is to have fun while working out so vary your workouts - cardio one day, upper body 2nd, core 3rd etc.
Have fun is the most important.

OH! And stretch out before working out. Most people don't but it really helps to get your muscles warmed up before starting.

Iāve recently lost 35lbs , I changed my eating habits to low carb/no carb , cutting out as much sugary foods/drinks as much as possible, I still have some ways to go to get to my goal weight and I would like to start incorporating gym now because I havenāt stepped foot in the gym this whole time, itās not easy itās a battle everyday but mind over matter āŗļø

I simply cut breakfast out of my life and lost 15 lbs. I guess its an unofficial, modified intermittent fasting program. Definitely incorporate weight training into your program. Plenty of great youtube videos to watch. Athlene X and Jeff Nippard are two of my favorites. Best of luck to you, although you already look great.
