I'm not that familiar with the OC but whenever I'm up there near JWA, there's a shopping center on the corner of Jamboree Rd. and Alton Pkwy with a bunch of Asian food places. Diamond Jamboree Shopping Center. There's a bb.q chicken location for Korean fried chicken. I like going to the Pepper Lunch. There's also a Coco Ichibanya Curry for Japanese curry. Even an H Mart if you want to go to a grocery.

Garden Grove Blvd between Beach Blvd and Brookhurst is a small Koreatown.
I've had Korean AYCE BBQ at Cham Soot Gol. A Korean client of mine took me to Mo Ran Gak for cold buckwheat noodles.

Make your way over to Koreatown in LA someday. No lack of places to visit.

If you like vegetables, try Yukgaejang.

Yoo's place in Irvine - solid, and filled with Koreans when I was there. Close to UCI campus. Great Banchan.
