Ironic, I've had familar ladies been asking too. Waiting till after our time, I put in 20 minutes or so till they're good. This ease's their back's and shoulder's, you can guess by the area of pain what the 2 large culprits are. They prefer pervie too. I'm like what? Whoa, cool.
Anasavailable you're too far away. Hot tub if you can, and hanging upside & stretching/ twisting regime. Also too washing your body with peppermint soap it's a natural muscle relaxer. Warning will make the hot water feel cold within minutes though.
