The last few years she kept trying to "set the record straight" about the many conflicts she had with her co-stars. She can't avoid the fact that it's well known nobody got along with her. She was just one of those "difficult actors."

I was always tossed between her or Jennie Garth in my coming of age years. Shannen had a feisty spirit that was evident off screen, & that same spirit translated into her health battle. I'll always admire her resolve & ability to smile regardless. Truly a beauty inside & out.

I saw a sad story about her getting ready for this by selling a bunch of her stuff in her storage unit because she didn't want to be burden to her family when she was gone. It's so sad that she had to prepare for leaving this earth and had to think about what her family would have to do with her things when she's gone. At least, she is no longer suffering.

Drama constantly surrounded her since the early '90s when she was in her early 20s. Her 1st two marriages didn't last more than a year. Everyone she worked with hated her. Her role model was Michael Landon, which made sense, since there was an LA Times cover story about how insane he was, leading a producer to cough up blood after an intense encounter with him.
Even her last marriage, she divorced the guy last year & she told the press he's hoping she'll die soon so he doesn't have to pay her alimony & that she needed it because she was about to lose her medical insurance for not appearing on camera enough. What a way to go.
