What kind of camera do you use? Do you provide the venue? Who gets rights to the photos and what will they be used for after ?

Hey June. Thanks for replying. I use a Nikon Full frame professional camera. I am willing to rent out a studio for a few hours unless someone was interested in doing an outdoor shoot. As far as rights is concerned, i would have the rights and with the sole purpose of promoting my work only. I will provide a waiver if necessary.

I forgot to add, I will provide all edited pics.

Are all welcome? As long as they fit the age criteria? Cis, trans, LGBTQ etc… Asking for a friend

|
Yes sir.

Just to clarify, I would like to promote the pictures I do, but if that is something you do not want, then that is fine also. As much as I would like full rights to the pictures, I understand that is not what everyone wants and I am ok with that. Anyone that knows or has seen me has seen my work. Its no secret I take my time and do the best job that I can.

I love this I hope you can get good clientele here.
Just was wondering since I would like pics taken but I don't fit the age range lol
I appreciate your responses and honesty . I did a bdsm shoot in 2014 and was surprised that my photos were being sold in a gallery. I wasn't pissed but I was kind of bummed that some random stranger paid 600 to have my naked bonded asshole plastered lord knows where lol
A contract can also be written up if any ladies are worried about where the pics may end up after. Good luck OP that sounds like a great deal

You are missing a great bet if you don't take June's photos. She is one of the most photogenic women on HX.

June , signing a model release gives up your rights to the images, and allows the photog to market them anyway he chooses..Be careful.

I said a contract NOT a release
A contract is an agreement that both parties consent to. You can make a contract regarding who has rights, where the photos will be used and published as well as what consequences can be taken if someone breaches the agreement
I would NEVER advise for a release because people can then do anything they want with them
|

a "release" is a contract, usually giving photographer/producer or a third party full rights to the content, in exchange for xxx $$$.
TFP is popular trade agreement but be careful.
usually a 2257 is also required if the content is nude/adult in nature as well as a valid picture ID.

A release is a contract releasing the model of all rights
It's a contract however is a agreement made between parties of whatever they decide
You can absolutely write up a contract that does not include a release . I hope that helps

The whole point of the blog was to see if there was anyone interested in having pictures taken, and not get into the legalities of a contract or waiver agreement. The sole purpose is to take pictures of someone that would be interested in having pictures taken, and then, being able to post the pictures on my separate instagram account to promote my work and style (away from the reaches of hx for discretion and professionalism) I have zero intentions of selling anybody’s pictures. And the pictures on instagram are nonnude and i have no intentions of shooting nude unless thats what the other person wants to do. I hope this clarifies everything.

The legalities IS part of taking pics. The last comment that you wrote should always be the first thing you tell someone so they are aware of how the photos will be used even if not sold.
Good luck!!!
