Telsa truck is ugly as it can get. If that's the future of car design, I's rather walk.

Long before your time Ava...
There was this movie called " Stripes "
It had what was called an " Urban Assault Vehicle " in the movie...
That's what the Tesla reminds me of, an Urban Assault Vehicle

Tesla’s Cybertruck can look good, especially if wrapped. White and other colors look better than the original stainless steel.
I think it will push other manufacturers to take more chances, which is a good thing.

They're fucking ugly as fuck !!!
What was Tesla thinking ?
^ This.

It is a great looking truck.
Might I mention I am blind?

1. Love our X.
2. They don't get more ugly than the Cybertruck.
3. And hate the Company.
Probably just a fad. It's love or hate type of truck. Definitely a status symbol though
Not only does it look terrible, it is terrible. Build quality is bad, it's unsafe and inefficient, and it's just not as good of a truck as they promised it would be. They do look a bit less terrible wrapped and on different wheels, though.

I've owned nothing but trucks for over 30 years and love cars in general but I don't consider this a truck and one of the ugliest vehicles ever
I like the way they look I think they look cool , we’re just use to seeing traditional looking cars
The good news is a Chinese Automaker is making their version called the Dong Feng E Truck, don't think we'll be seeing them in the United States.

Saw one today that was rapped with DOGE Coin Puppies all over it.
To bad the token is at the bottom and even though Bitcoin has risen to 64K again, DOGE is still on the floor. Meme coins are dead.

If you know anything about Nikola Tesla. Hint; FREE Energy.
Tesla cars and trucks are a Bestard to Tesla's name. Until Solar panels are put on them.
Ugly ugly ugly, and a lot of the parts are made in China. Anti American company Tesla is.
It looks like a really cool refrigerator lol
Not a great looking car though
Who remembers that ridiculous TV series called Arc II?
That cyberthing is a nitch design for the wealthy who gotta have the newest/expensive/eyecatching thing. When was the last time you saw an original Hummer? Did it influence anything?

The base Cybertruck is the dual-motor All-Wheel Drive, which has a starting MSRP of $79,990. This 600-horsepower model has an estimated 340 miles of range and a top speed of 112 mph.
The price of the 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor starts at $80,435
The Raptor now gets available Fox Dual Live Valve shocks, which are an evolution of the dampers installed on the Raptor back in 2019. 450bhp top speed of 109 mph, because it has a governor nuisance on board. Maybe 525 mpg on 36 gallons of fuel.
The difference is 109 mph across the desert and you can buy fuel in Baja.
Old people like hang time.

Elon Musk Space C company launched most powerful rocket
In almost 50 years as he sent astronauts into outer space as a privateer company. Elon musk wants to send astronauts thru his privateer company to mars within the next 20 years. Donald Trump (FTP) fully endorses and supports Elon’s Space X company so that’s why that terrible looking truck be looking terrible!! He is doing what he does best gaining supporters to believe I. His projects so they can invest into his company and he can than make the magic happen lol

I don't see how anyone, especially Elon Musk, could see the Tesla truck as anything but a novelty, similar to the DeLorean. I think it was probably intended to be more of a marketing ploy for the Tesla brand than a viable consumer product.
The best argument against that is the R&D cost of developing a completely new vehicle line, which is normally very expensive. But consider the boxy nature of the Tesla truck and the fact that there are no real curves in the body. Tooling costs were probably minimum.
And we are starting to see a lot more T-Trucks with advertising wraps because it does stand out so much in traffic - just think of them as travelling billboards.
Don't be surprised if there are no follow-on models or even if production is suspended when the marketing campaign essentially runs its course.

Yes the Tooling costs are cheaper with all the straight lines.
Back To The Future 5 coming soon.

Sharp edges: The owners manual warns you're gonna cut your shins on the bottom corners of the doors. Several owner videos confirm this.
Telsa hasn't submitted the vehicle for federal crash testing. It's questionable if it meets all the criteria given by FMVSS. The lack of traditional crumple zones has some people saying it doesn't meet the checklist provided by FMVSS. Tesla has done it's own testing, but after seeing the CT vs Porsche, the results should be taken with a grain of salt.
Also, the angular edges do not take into account pedestrian safety. That's a loud reason why CT isn't accepted in Europe.
Color, shape, reflectivity of body panels: Hard to see in low light situations. Hard to see if it's coming straight at you. Viewing it stationary from the side, the lack of bulges and round body panels makes it difficult to figure out what it is. In the cyclists forums, they said they're having hard time quickly identifying the truck.
Headlights: Without the fog lights on, the lack of 2 distinct headlights makes it hard to discern what you're looking at. And without 2 points of reference, estimating it's speed is also difficult.
Taillights: We're used to a 3rd brake light turning on when braking. The CT does the opposite and turns off lights, making it less visible when braking. You then rely on only shape, instead of shape, size, and brightness of traditional vehicles.

A big ugly piece of shit! They're littered all over South Orange County, these people think it's some sort of status symbol, and they think that a Tesla is a Mercedes Benz! Guess what...not even close!
Totally ass ugly, this is a status thing with people who buy these, there is no way anyone can think these look good.
I’ll take my Rover and day over these ugly “trucks”.
I'll echo what YB2 said because I'm in the same neighborhood. "Normal" Tesla drivers have some weird entitlement issues, Cyber Truck guy is next level. These dipshits try to shoehorn those big Sub Zero refrigerators into the smallest parking spots right up front.

"Thats a FACT JACK!!!

@Grumpy_Butthead
The Raptor is THE SH*T!
Talk about a car date...You can nearly stand up and walk around in the back seat. Honestly, blows that Tesla Thing out of the water.
The Army Humvee looks better than the Tesla.
Been thinking of renting the car for a day or two? Would any ladies be down to go for a joy ride? Awesome opportunity to take photos and make content!

I'll have to check, but if the sun roof is open, you may be able to stand up.
That is while you are in the back seat.
I've never been in the back seat only the front.
Easy enough...its a total flex. Elon made the first 'prototype' truck the actual thing that you buy. Pretty smart and there are plenty of people that are easily separated from their cash.
