I had experience on two�.one with mirrors underneath, one without. As you can imagine, the mirror system is hot, but the non mirrored is too. The whole concept pretty damn good, with I could find more available from hot oral cim or cob provider.

The ones I have seen are modified massage tables so the legs fold up and the tables fold in half. With a home made one you have to be careful that a large hole (for better access) doesn’t weaken the table too much. I think some are not portable but those are sturdier. I agree it’s better with an adjustable mirror. The mirror doesn’t need to be large but it’s nice if it is.

June! I have not been able to find a reasonably priced collapsible, only a good quality but rather immobile one for about 500 on Etsy.

I've had one experience on a milking table, and it was OK. She had mirrors set up, but they weren't really at good angles to see everything, and she only used her hands. As others have said, the release is definitely intense and drains you thoroughly thanks to the position. I could have overflowed a coffee mug. Haha
I could see how with the right provider and set up, it could be phenomenal. Oral providers down for cim/cof would be amazing, but I also prefer a little more interaction with said providers.
Maybe I'll revisit it, if I find my unicorn...
It's worth giving it a try if you've never done it.
