If you are in Pedro and they are still open.. check out The Green Onion!! I get the big bowl of albondigas with a side of tortilla and lime... any time of the year.
Mind you.. you will need to lay down and take a nap.. but it is worth it.
If you want meat with some old school charm...  check out The San Franciscan. Good food and a hell of a karaoke crowd!
