I have a condo and I was at work I came home 5am someone broken in and took all my shit and guess what my next door neighbors just sat there while they did it. They even stole all my food fucking clowns I’m mad as fuck I moved tfck out the owner is a piece of shit. I’m fuckimg pissed tfck off I hate the fucked up world we live in because if I saw someone breaking in someone house I’m calling the police

No doubt, there are a lot of garbage people in this world. I can only sympathize. I've had the following items stolen : car, cash, two bikes, a golf cart, my wallet ($300), a savings account, and my crypto currency. And I was held up by two people.
My only pleasure was seeing the golf cart thief in handcuffs with his face hugging the asphalt.

Ok that took some serious work and tools to break a solid core exterior door. I know for a fact when they where trying to breech it(sorry that's military term) they made some noise. First job I had after high school was in Anchorage and I made hollow and solid core doors and went on installs before I enlisted and gave the United States 8 yrs of my life for the ultimate test to be buried at Arlington. I can see why she is pissed and from photos ..duck (see what I did there for spellcheck bitch) they need to put in a new solid core door and then some.

That's pretty messed up, I'm sorry you're through this. There's not much that feels like more of a violation than someone breaking into your home.
Someone went to an awful lot of trouble to get through that door.
You might consider the possibility that it might be someone that knew you weren't going to be home and that there was a big payday on the other side of the door.

I know you are mad - and I'm not saying don't be mad, I would be too if my place was robbed.
However, take a step back, and think about your actions - set yourself up for the next place that you live - if you can avoid it, don't burn any bridges - especially when it comes to your existing landlord.
Sucks, I know, but you just might need them as a good reference.
When I owned rental property, I always wrote into my lease that it was required for tenant to have insurance.
I ALWAYS checked prior references - if you skip out & break the lease - well, that's likely going to limit your options for the next place.
Only landlords with shitty property don't check references, as they draw on the shitty Tennant's, and thus won't lift a finger when you need them to.

Damn Lisa, I am sorry you had to experience that. I'm mad as hell just reading about it. I won't give you the appropriate advice that frankly I have never followed myself. The times I have been robbed in the past I didn't handle it well and reacted badly. All I can say is I know how it feels. I feel for you and sincerely wish you are able to recover as quickly as possible. The reality is that we share this world with a lot of crappy and selfish people who could give to sh$$ about their neighbor. And there will be times in our life when we will be reminded of that.
