if you can handle the potency and are doing this for health, then add a bit of ginger and/or turmeric also kale has so many qualities when ingested raw.
Pineapple and grapes are a great way to sweeten things up also.

My recipe. Mostly for Heart and Almond Apricot seeds for Cancer.
1/2 cup Kale
1/3 cup Black Beans
1 cup mixed Berries, Black, Blue and Raspberries
1/2 scoop of Fusion / from infowar store
1 tsp of sliced Raw Almonds
1/2 teasp raw Apricot seeds
1 or 2 tsp's of Black Strap Molasses
and a cup of water.

Caution, there is no capsaicin in chili pepper seeds.
You can toss them out or not, doesn't matter.
The white part that holds the seeds in place is where the hot is.
So, expect it to be spicy hot if you throw the pepper in, even without the seeds
Chilis make for great juice though, highly recommended.

Bwana is 100% correct … use bullet or nutriti bullet blender as it leave the pulp which you totally want …
I don’t use fruit juice but water and ice because fruit juice is overkill and too much sugar
Great option but do at the end due to foaming is tasteless protein mix
I like various seeds, ginger and lime to add different textures and spice aside from their nutritional values

I enjoy juicing. Did you now you can use fresh marijuana in a juicer? It is very healthy, and doesn't really get you high. Also you can put just about anything like, kale, cabbage(purple) or about anything then finish it off with a nice apple and I will taste like apple juice.
