Not necessary. I do a side gig which can save money to earn more in my finance career. I come to Cali to work when markets are down or slow then, go back home.
Just curious what tyoe of life I should. For NY, if I make 45% roi per week minimum doing finance, how much do you think need to live comfortably in NY?

Pro-tip for the younger, when you are creeping on a lady who is smarter than you, it helps if you spell her name right.
It also doesn't hurt to spell other words correctly when you are trying to flaunt your intelligence. Since you claim to be gifted in math and science, you might consider spending more time and effort on language arts and other humanities subjects.
