You could have just said that jury of mostly Democrats would naturally be against Giuliani. But by specifically using “black infested jury”, you demeaned the black jury members’ nature, likening them to rodents. Judges and prosecutors have been lenient up until they crossed a line, and oh boy did Giuliani cross.
