Let's hope, but SCOTUS will take it on and do what?
This like all the other bullshit has no evidentiary support.
There is far more evidence that the Biden family has been selling 'influence' throughout the world for decades.....
Biden & Trump are both crooks !!!
Get both of them off of each and every ballot !!!
Bunch of fucking old geezers !!!
"Nonpartisan U.S. election forecasters view Colorado as safely Democratic, meaning that President Joe Biden will likely carry the state regardless of Trump's fate there."
Basically doesn't mean jack shit for the election.
But, the bigger picture is the precedence.
Will SCOTUS allow this to happen?
Could Florida remove Biden for grifting?
Opens a can of worms if every state is allowed to separately decide who's on a nationwide ballot.
Likely gets shot down but I agree with ED, both these POS's need to go.
LOL. But the Democrats are interested in fair elections, and Trump is a threat to democracy. So you preemptively block a candidate from appearing on the ballot. GTFOH.
Oh, I know. When SCOTUS strikes this down, you will all just scream that the Court is corrupt. GTFOH again.
This dude takes shots of trumpcum. After his fourth shot, he's plastered.
damned if every state dont have their own election set of rules.
He was removed from the ballot from a state he was never going to win.
Only to be added back by the USSupreme Court and the commie court in Colorado to be shutdown.
Keep dreaming Gloomer. 2024 is going to be another said year for you.
Talking out of your ass as usual, SB.
Opens a can of worms if every state is allowed to separately decide who's on a nationwide ballot.
They already are allowed idiot. Each state has its own rules for ballot access. The rules are defined and codified by legislatures.
It's going to the Supreme Court
Guess what?
Trump appointed almost everyone there during his Presidency
Checkmate Democrats!
It's the same supreme court that punked trump over the last election challenges lol
I call this election interference. You cannot say he cannot be on the ballot because he started an insurrection. Has he been impeached for an insurrection, has he been convicted in a court of law for insurrection. NO and NO.
The Colorado Supreme Court has just come along and decided that someone cannot be on the ballot because.. Communism
I am looking forward to this blowing up in the Dems faces just like every other stupid tactic they have tried over the last several years
Why are all of you so scared? If Trump is a Criminal-POS? Let the people vote. The people are the ones of decide elections.
"damned if every state dont have their own election set of rules."
Within the framework of the Constitutional requirements, which are minimal.
This would be the first time in the history of the Union (as far as I'm aware) that ANY state has decided a front runner of a major party was ineligible.
And, it was NOT the state legislative rules that were used to determine eligibility.
The State court used a Constitutional Amendment, which lies in the purview of SCOTUS.
It will be reviewed and over-turned, as it should be
I get that my earlier post would be too imprecise for those that don't understand nuance.
My apologies....................... to the yappy little dog.
PS. Outside of the legalities, I'd be fine with kicking both Trump and Biden out of the election
Yappy and lapierre
Stop and think for a moment about the big picture beyond Trump/Biden
Pretend Trump/Biden do not exist and we have 2 front runner nominees from the 2 major parties
Mr. X and Mrs Y
Do you really want 50 different, very possibly partisan, State Supreme courts deciding which of those 2 can be on the ballot, for whatever reason? Florida boots X and CA boots Y, then Alabama boots X while New York boots Y. Regardless the reasoning behind the boot, there's a reason why requirements to run are minimal and it's left to the "people" to decide in a national election.
Having to explain something so simple makes me wonder as to the inadequacy of the low-information American voter............very sad
We've allowed our education system to go to hell
None of this even gets taught anymore in school
The average illegal immigrant knows more than your average citizen
Maybe we deserve to get fucked in the end

GoBalls, are you rationalizing while you’re the patron saint of gay butt play?
So, back on topic…..
We have never had such a corrupt president who is practically flaunting his misdeeds like Trump, and never have we had self-destructive sycophants who willing go along the cliff with him.
It’s a first, but it needs to be done lest the inmates run the asylum again.
In any case, Trump will react in a self-destructive manner over the news.
Can’t wait to see him fume and throw another tantrum like the brat he is.
@Sherkahn, again is all on that Trump dick, Like Drunk gay men on SonofAdams ass
Trump is the most corrupt!!!!!!!!!
let's see
Since January, the Oversight Committee has uncovered how the Biden's and their associates created over 20 shell companies, raked in over $24 million dollars from China and other foreign countries, identified nine members of the Biden family who have participated or benefited from the business schemes, and confirmed that .
Oh!!! and before you say those are some conspiracy theory websites, If you click on the link you will find that those links are actually from the US Government

You are as right about THIS as you were about Covid & how safe the jabs were.
LMAO
Even a broken watch is right twice a day.
You....0 for 2.
I see the morons are coming out of the woodworks.
Facts:
Trump obviously violated the Constitution by participating in insurrection.
He keeps on saying he will pardon convicted insurrectionists.
He claims he will be a dictator on Day 1 of his presidency.
He has said that the Constitution should not be followed.
Question:
Why should he be allowed to run? The will of the people? To respect the morons who will vote for him?
If you’re that fucking dumb to vote for a criminal, then should your vote count anyway?
If you vote for a traitor, does that make you a traitor?
I’m good with the jab.
I’d ask you to talk to people I know who disagreed with the jab, but they are pushing daisies right now.
My frustration with morons always rises when they claim to have been right about Covid. If you’re that dumb, you seriously shouldn’t be voting or be allowed to make major decisions in life.
Covid killed an extra 300,000 people because of vaccine hesitancy.
The vaccines saved 3 million lives.
You’re just fucking dumb.
@mildlyamusing1 , actually you are really dumb!!!!!!! Giving a speech at a rally is not participating in an Insurrection.
Let me get this straight, The President of the United States Commander in Chief of all the Armed Forces, decided to use a bunch of thugs who were unarmed to try and overthrow the Government??
And then this man, On January 20th leaves peaceably and transfer's power to Biden
What stupid logic is this???
You are obviously just a drone, incapable of actually thinking for yourself!!!!!!!!
at least with @Sherkahn, he is a democrat insider so, I give him a little respect for his positions, but you Mildy are just dumb!!!!
His legal defense fund is also draining fast, so are his cognitive abilities, constantly mixing up Biden with Obama in his attack speeches, Edogan with Orban in his praise of his favorite authoritarians; rant's about deep state, DOJ vendetta, etc. I hope this cautionary tale of a wanna be dictator will end well for America.
no he is not mixing up Obama with Biden. Obama is running the country. Do you obviously think that Biden is cognitive and capable enough to run the country? He is not .. Any person with half a brain can see that. And Biden's administration is just full of Obama people.. So yea
@vss4
Dude, I’m sorry that you’ve failed to comprehend what has happened.
Now two courts have determined that Trump incited an insurrection.
The insurrectionists had plenty of arms and intended to be violent.
Trump had no intention to leave office, but did so when the insurrection failed.
These are facts that have been determined by courts and have been attested to by multiple witnesses, including those who will be testifying against Trump.
Expand your sources of information. Yours are failing you.
@MidlyAmusing, okay calling you dumb was actually a compliment!!!!!
Now I think you are just retarded!!!!!!!
Again, Trump whom was President of The United States of America, the Highest office in the nation, incited an Insurrection against his own government????
So according to your logic President Trump attempted to overthrow his own government... The one he was in charge of...
If there was going to be an insurrection incited by Trump it would have occurred on January 20'th 2021 when He handed power over to Biden.
Let me ask you a question Mildly?
What criminal charges have been brought against Trump for inciting an Insurrection.
Democrats love their censorship.
Too bad they couldn't censor Adolf Hitler.
Dood said Obummer is running the country.
You miserable yacks with half a brain. Every single President (not to include know it all fat ass McDonald eating gluttonous slob Trump) has referred past commanders for thoughts and opinions on current matters. Much like you slobs do with this site.
Sometimes it takes someone with previous experience in the matter to help you choose and decide which road to take. It's human nature. No different with heads of state.
@vss4
I’ll try to simplify this for you.
There is this thing called the peaceful transfer of power. When a sitting president who loses an election peacefully gives over power to the person who won the election against him.
Trump knew he lost, yet called on people to disrupt the certificate of the election results on January 6, 2021, in an attempt to retain power against the will of the people and against the Constitution.
So Trump was trying to take over the government as he was supposed to hand over power to Biden.
This includes a scheme to create a set of fake electors that would have voted for Trump and not Biden.
*certification of the election results
Let me add one thing about the information that you conservatives have been force fed:
Alex Jones has a $1 billion + judgment against him for telling lies
Fox News agreed to pay $787 million for telling lies
Rudy Giuliani has a $148 million judgment for telling lies
Are you seeing a fucking pattern here?
Stop putting your heads in the sand. You’ve been lied to all along.
Be smarter.
@Mildlyamusing
challenging an election is not , insurrection moron.
Trump held a rally to support the Republicans who were going to offer up evidence that , there was cheating in that election held in 2020. But after the disturbances at the rally they caved. The only thing Mike Pence was suppose to do was to kick some of the electors back to the states. Because some of those states actually had questions regarding election and the process which was in fact illegal. The state legislators decide how elections are to be run in there states and in some of those states, it was the governor and courts whom decided overriding the state legislators which in fact is unconstitutional.
yes I do see a pattern. Its called lawfare
you have an opinion that the left does not like and you can sue them and leftist judges will punish the ppl with said wrong think. Funny how none of these cases are actually criminal cases .. Just civil cases designed to destroy there political opponents
That is about as authoritarian as you can get
The SCOTUS will dump this in it's ear after about 15 minutes of arguments. It's a complete joke.
@yellowB2 the GOP in Colorado has already threatened to cancel the Primary in Colorado if Trump is not on the ballot.
They might switch to a Caucus style system that will make this ruling mute
MA IS RIGHT!
Some of you Trump haters are truly morons.
Our democracy is threatened by the actions being taken against him, and your too blind to see it.
That's all I have to say, as arguing with morons is a waste of time... But I hope you figure it out as you are part of the problem.
Based on the colorado dems reasoning, shouldn't every republican state do the same and take Biden off the ticket for letting how many enemies of the US across the southern border? Considering they've caught actual know terrorists walking in the door that Biden opened.
Jack has spoken and is correct.
14th has NOTHING to do with T.
Last thing you morons want to do is get in front of your ski's....and yet there you are.
SCOTUS will overturn the 7 DEM Colorado judges and Soros paid lawyer who brought this up.
Why do you think they did this in Colorado? 7 Dem judges.....
You guys ARE the problem.....can not see the forest through the trees.
USEFUL IDIOTS come to mind.
I find it to be interesting when the ignorant call others morons in an attempt to save face.
You’re the ones I worry about. You accept whatever you’re told by conservative media without any critical thought whatsoever. And then you claim that you’re “only human” when you’re proven wrong (after you finally internalize that you are wrong).
Yes, you’re human and a fucking idiot. Read more. If people have been proven to be liars, stop listening to them.
@mildlyamusing, yet you seem to accept whatever the liberal media says!!!
and @Jack is absolutely correct
"We've allowed our education system to go to hell
None of this even gets taught anymore in school
The average illegal immigrant knows more than your average citizen
Maybe we deserve to get fucked in the end "
This ^ right there.
They can't even point on a map where CO is.
Only applies to colorado people can still write him in the scotus will reverse it
You have tds get help
Lock and load, It has begun...

It is simply AMAZING how most tRumpian supporters (trumpidiots) talk so "matter-of-factly" as if they actually had knowledge of facts, based on what the right-wing platforms have indoctrinated them with, when each and every point they make is an imbecilic fantasy.
Sad reflection of our Education System
Just a quick note before I destroy your idiotic MAGA complaints:
Remember when the Oaf tRump said once at one of his rallies "I love the POORLY EDUCATED!!" and everyone in the crowd cheered?
He insulted all of you and called you idiots and you all cheered. Rest my case.
Now, EACH STATE can and must decide how it runs the elections within its borders. It is called a UNION, remember? A UNION is the FEDERALIZED compact of many individual entities (states); therefore, the Supreme Court of Colorado based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution found that tRump was disqualified to appear in the ballots WITHIN the state of CO.
The case will be taken to the SCOTUS because it is a case with NATIONAL implications thus to UNIFY a specific line of action it will decide if the Supreme Court of CO made a correct decision on the above mentioned amendment.
EDUCATE YOURSELVES and learn to THINK.
I think most of us here would agree that CO is likely blue.
No Electoral collage votes for Trump, so what they do (or don't do) is largely out of the 270 equation.
I think most of us could agree that Trump follows the PT Barnum approach to marketing:
'There is no such thing as bad publicity'
Rahm Emanuel (Chief of Staff to Obama) famously took a Churchill saying and made it standard Democratic mantra:
Never let a serious crisis go to waste.
So, I wouldn't be surprised if this does more to HELP Trump than to hurt.
Can you imagine the fundraising letters?
How will Trump spin this to his base (rightly or wrongly)
Seriously, whatever happens at SCOUS is besides the point - at least in the short term, Trump wouldn't get CO's 10 electoral votes.
BUT, this might add fuel to the fire in picking up other "purple" states (Florida, for instance) that could go either way.
Time will tell.
