The most recent book I read was “Change your brain ,change your life” By Daniel G. Amen M.D.
I have an interest in psychology and neuroscience, so this book explains how traumatic brain injuries are a major cause of psychiatric illness, studying and taking a look at a brain scan , & how to repair it and treat it to resolve those psychiatric issues (quick summary of the book) 🤓

First, hey 818!!! Long time no see°° glad to see you're still around!! Hope life is going good!
Nigel, I usually book up using pd and forgot about this site, came down to socal and had some cancellations and was like, wait a minute, isn't there a site that's for socal and sure enough remembered my password and logged in. It was kinda fun updating the info and seeing old pics in the album but had to update all that stuff.
Luscious o0o0 see I love stuff like that! The mind is so complex and learning new things, can't go wrong with that!!

All of Patterson's Cross series. Always well paced.
A couple of Stven King's such as Christine. I couldn't DEA with the Stand.
And the classics such as Don Quijote, The Iliad, The Odyssey, The Aeneid, Dracula, Crime and Punishment, War and Peace, Frankenstein (or the modern Prometheus), Life's a dream, Fuente Ovejuna, Julius Ceasar, The Metamorphosis...
And some modern classics like LA Ciudad y Los Perros, Coversación en la Catedral, La Fiesta del Chivo, etc.
Salutations Beautiful lady!!

half asleep in frog pyjamas
highly recommend, setting is 80s Seattle which strangely is similar to Seattle today with a serious homelessness problem and other social issues.
