Once you start traveling abroad and go to other countries for a long stretch of time, parasites are a big deal. From the food and drink, to where you sleep, to how often and how you wash your clothes, the American way of thinking (and the ways we take our welfare for granted) come to apply.
Take sex for instance.
If I wanted to play doctor and check June to make sure that delicious goddess of passion is healthy, I would look for signs of Trichomoniasis.
Fully inspect every inch of that amazing body, smell her skin and take all of her exquisiteness in. Then go in for the smell test, taste test, then continue probing deeper with my tongue just to be sure and make sure that all her pleasure centers are responding and no nerve damage. Check and make sure she comes properly and is satisfied, because that’s what a good doctor does.
And I can bet June will be healthy, because she keeps herself to high standards of health.
But just to be sure I would prove with my own rod and make sure her heart rate goes up and June’s breathing is good. And see how fast June recovers from mind numbing sex, er, I mean medical inspection.
Then test again, just to be sure. Measure twice, in the cut once.
Joking aside (or am I, june? 😘) there are diets and cleaning regiments that are part of daily lives that one *may* apply to their lifestyle. Garlic, cloves, chilis, aloe Vera mixtures, turmeric, etc. are just basic level self-care tools. Special teas and herbal remedies are the next step up, followed by more rigorous anti-parasitic detoxification techniques that require specialists to watch over you.
Just don’t jump into a “program”, you ned to prepare your body for a cleanse with weeks of alteration to your diet and work out/recover routine.

But President Trump said taking a lil bleach will kill covid and if it kills covid, it will kill bacteria and parasites.

Tea spoon of baking soda in the AM and Tea spoon of it in the PM will get rid of that in 5 days. Advise drink plenty of water with Lemon in those 5 days

I’m guessing the reason your doctor said you don’t have to worry about it if you don’t eat seafood is that most other protein is farm raised and inspected regularly, where fish is generally wild caught, so less control. I’m guessing if you ate a lot of game it would be the same risk as seafood.
That being said, I am guaranteed parasite free

All parasites are eukaryote like humans, so any substance toxic enough to kill a parasite will also be poisonous to the host. There are blood tests that will indicate a parasitic infection.

The best way to get rid of parasites is to change the locks.
