I am heading back to Cabo for the first time this year in a couple of weeks, I have had enough of this cold in LA! Staying by the marina, always good bars and good eats down there. Just going for a short 4 day trip this time, week stay later in the year at some time. Some of my favorite hangout on the marina are the Tiki Bar, Captain Tony's, Solomon's Landing to name a few. Some out of the way good eats I like John's place, Taqueria el Paisa, Tacos Gardenia, also to name just a few. What are your go to places for some good eats and drinks? I have been going for years and I keep finding new places, and I love recommendations. I never stay at all inclusive places, I would rather explore and find good food and drinks! What about you?

Alexander's in the Marina, Tacos Guss and Tacos May across the street from the hot dog and burger carts.

Massages at the SandBar down by Casa Dorado, $49 for 90 minutes.

The ones you mentioned are also very good.

Nik San for expensive and very good sushi

Going down 1/30 for 5 nights and was just down there 12/16 - 12/21.

My favorite and it's still plenty warm.

WOW...... sounds absolutely amazing !

I can't stand this cold weather and I've always lived in SoCal, my hats and panties go off to those in parts of the world that are under snow !

Safe travels

Moro's in town.
Steak and Lobster 19.95
Giant Margarita's
Great vibe, has EVERY college flag on his walls.

Poncho's
Expensive Lobster Tail,, worth it

Mariscos Mazatlan
Great prices...
Excellent food.
2 kilo Snapper is like $22, delicious!!! You will thank me!
(Zarendadeo)
Also, grilled Octopus.

Romeo y Juliette
Pricey, but worth it.
Caesars Salad prepared tableside is a must!
Short Rib Canneloni - Yum

Salvadores for Itallian food is the bomb!
HUGE portions, great food
It is in a botique hotel
Fuck La Dolce, they suck.

Nik San
Sit with Eddy at the sushi bar.
Buy him a beer and he will take care of you!
***The only place in Cabo that takes AmEx, if that tells you how expensive it is!!!

Gardinias
Off the beaten path.
Been going there for almost 30 years.
It IS THE local place for fish and shrimp tacos
Shrimp Molcajetes are amazing.

El Farallon in the Pedregal.
Need reservations.
They also take AmEx, and want your number to charge you if you are a no-show!
Ladies, dont get any ideas from this place

And for Desert....

I do not know the name of the place, it is directly accross the street from Cabo Wabo (who's food sucks)...
There are probably a few girls hanging out in front.
Depending on how busy they are, you will get full service massage from a cute mexican girl for around $100- $140.

Thanks for the suggestions, I have added a few more places to my go to spots. I usually go for a week in February and we stay in a villa in the Pedregal with a private chef so we do not go out much. This time I will be in town and for sure checking out some of these spots.

I was there for a week in February and a week in November, I have to say November was a great time to go. Spent all day hanging in the pool. Thanks for that great list Nut, I love to hit Salvatores once a trip down there, great Italian. I have never tried Moro's, I am putting that on the list for sure!

Guess I am going to have to plan a few more trips down there this year, who wants to join?
