100 percent of the people in my network that are making 50 - 150 percent more then they were making 5 years ago, is directly related to them firing their Boss or company. You choose to go to work to make less then other people in your field.

This is not as simple as you think. Why do you think wages have remained low all these years?
Corporations have the advantage and are in control of the Government. That means these corporations don't have to pay you what you are asking for. They can simply import people through immigration to "replace you."
This is why you see all these immigrants pouring in its the new low wage working class. You can pursue all you want but if the corporations have the positions filled with immigrants you will be left out if you're asking price is not what they want.
The laws are set up against the American worker learn the system and stop making the same futile points so many people make that are not based in reality.

That 120 hotel is now 270 after tax (sometimes before) .. gas is higher as well as other things
Just to host girls spend at minimum $400 (hygiene products, safety protection, gas)
So yeah it sucks for everyone .... But... You can always fuck your wife to save money
