LOL. Putin loves Carlson because of his obvious propaganda usefulness. He made Carlson give him the full unedited tapes of the interview then deleted the parts he didn't like😂😂😂. Putin has publicly stated he wants the old Russian empire restored. Including Alaska which he claims we shouldn't own because it was originally Russian and they made a bad deal lol. You're a moron for listening to Carlson but an absolute retard for believing Putin wants peace with the west.
Tucker is another useful idiot for Putin who pitched only softball questions in his interview with Vlad the vampire.
I find Republican coddling of Putin to be one of the most disgraceful, treasonous things that anyone, much less a party, can do.
Putin/Russia is our enemy. Get it through your thick heads.
Supporting Ukraine is the easiest way to help stop their expansionist goals. Supporting Ukraine now while Russia is weak is much cheaper than allowing Russia to take over countries to become progressively stronger and more dangerous to our (and the world's) security, where we will have to spend much more money and American lives to defend ourselves.
Think beyond today. Be fucking strategic you disgraceful morons.
I saw some preview clips of the show. Putin leans back, whips out Red October and Tucker pounces on Siberian icicle and atttempts to melt it in his mouth. So horrifying.
And when tucker was done Putin kicked him away like a bitch and reminded Carlson that Trump sucks better, and that Carlson should have learned during the times Trump and Carlson were together.

@MildlyAmusing
Go preach your bullshit from another pulpit. I am quite sure you had nothing to say when the likes of Sean Penn were over sewing his lips to Chavez and Maduro in Venezuela and praising them. I am also quite sure you have nothing to say about Jane Fonda over in North Vietnam during the war cavorting with the enemy. Or when Bernie Sanders was a supporter of Castro in Cuba...of Pelosi visiting Cuba...
Or Obama visiting Cuba and showing support.
Carlson did an interview. I don't see him supporting or praising Putin. He is a journalist...interviews of world figures is what they do...even if we disagree or don't like them.
@yellowB2 Seriously, you're an attorney?
Are you denying that there is a pro-Putin/Russia mentality in the Republican Party right now? Beyond their reasons for doing so, you're comparing a political party to actors Sean Penn and Jane Fonda.
Cuba, is an impoverished country due to our embargo policies, and it does not pose a threat to our national security. Russia obviously does. We are allowed to fly into and have commerce with China, so the Cuban embargo is pure stupidity unless they have missiles pointed at us, which they don't The Cuban embargo has been considered a failure that should be lifted.
Carlson lobbed softball questions to Putin, only giving him an avenue to spew his propaganda. Trump saying that he'd allow Putin to do whatever he wanted (including being an aggressor to NATO countries) shows you the pro-Putin/Russia mentality. And in terms of contributing to NATO, the countries in the EU that are in NATO have committed nearly double the funds to Ukraine than the US.
To that point, the US benefits much more from NATO than other countries. The US is a superpower because we throw our money around to protect our interests in international commerce and national security. One of the primary reasons our military is striking against the Houthis is to keep the Suez Canal open so that the price of goods remains stable and doesn't affect our economy. Our military is trying to keep oil production in the Middle East from being disrupted or that will send oil prices higher as well.
If Ukraine falls, we will be spending much more to contain Russian imperialism than if we nip it in the bud by supporting Ukraine.
Think strategically for once.

" you disgraceful morons."
LOL...agree!
I don’t believe the majority of the gop is pro russia just the tramptard maga morons. Another reason to keep the orange clown out of the WH.
Can someone who watched the Putin/Carlson interview, beginning to end. Please show where Putin used Carlson to propagate Russian propaganda. I watched it and could not see it. But many here seem to see things I can not. But many here are also lib clowns
I dare to say that the US propaganda machine is as powerful as the Russian counterpart. But I'm sure a lot would believe whatever the main stream media is regurgitating. Where of where do those talking points come from????
Ex. The Russians blew up their own gas line. Sure, ok.....
i havent seen it but will
is Tucker a good journalist? he used to be more of a showman than a journalist, right?
Supporting Ukraine while Russia is weak". That's hilarious.
That's one way to get your ass handed to you, underestimating an adversary.
Just more propaganda? Or just maybe Putin can be negotiated with?
Here is an article from a Yale Professor in history of the region why what Putin said is self-serving propaganda.
^^^Timothy Snyder
Snyder is an American historian of Europe and a public intellectual on both continents. Among his books are On Tyranny and Bloodlands, which appear in new editions in 2022. His work inspires art and music, and is read at protests around the world.
A professor with an agenda? Maybe? Definitely?
What would be Timothy Snyder’s motivations to lie? Now what would be Vladimir Putin’s? Ask yourself that.
Would've been believable if in the "essay" he had disputed the actual dates that Putin laid out in his response to Tuckers question. Didn't really prove Russia didn't have a claim to Crimea, Kiev either.
Was there even a dispute until the US puppet Zelensky wanted into Nato. Thus allowing us to park first strike nukes hundreds of miles away from Moscow.
We'd invade Canada in a hot second if they sold out to Russia. So the outrage of Putin invading Ukraine is ridiculous.
I'm so old I remember when conservatives supported America and Europe, not Russia.
Everything was originally owned by the San People of Central Africa.
They are still around and they want ALL of their property back.
Even the stuff they didn't know about.
Claiming shit is yours just cause some political entity owned it before, where the people DON'T want to be owned by you anymore is just utter bullshit.
Fuck Putin, Fuck Xi (Tibet, Xyghur, Hong Kong and more), Fuck Trump and Fuck Biden
No, they are not all equal............just all assholes.
AND, some are really really older than dirt.................Joe?
Still guffawing at all his minions out in force telling us NOT to believe our lying eyes lol
Sorry, a bit off topic
Carlson is an idiot
Jane Fonda reference. Wow...so funding dumb.
Snyder clearly disputed Putin’s historical claim to what occurred in the region.
Synders work that "inspires art and music" doesn't invoke a great deal historical fact. More like Hxers arguing over who's right and wrong.

FN tramptards think they can trust putin. Damn the magamorons are stupid.
1992-1993 – Russia occupied Transnistria. ...
1992-1993 – Russia provoked the Abkhazian war. ...
1994-1996 – first Russian-Chechen war. ...
1999-2009 – second Russian-Chechen war. ...
2008 – Russian-Georgian war. ...
2015-present - Russia's invasion of Ukraine
This is just the past 30 years. Thankfully the majority of the gop does not trust putin and most likely the tramp, they’re just too cowardly to admit it in public. The typical tramptard is a completely different story. These magamorons have been completely conned by the orange menace.
Haley, Cheney, Manchin

What we should really do is continue funding the leftover Ukrainians till there none left. Then leave with our tail between our legs like Afghanistan. Or leave the situation like we have with nearly every middle eastern situation, worse off than we started.
All these those Russian confrontations that's been mentioned seam a bit like the US getting involved in all the world's squabbles. Good thing for the US war machine
But the US is good, Russia is bad. Lol!
If you can't see that in today's world (I'm not talking about 1950's Guatemala), that there's a significant difference between when the US gets involved and when Russia gets involved in a conflict beyond its borders, I don't know what else to tell you...
If we are going to assign moral equivalency to these, then we might as well put up the white flag and let the authoritarian regimes in.
Both WSJ and National Review (considered standard Republican publications) are all in for backing Ukraine against Putin. So, as belly boarder points out, there's a real difference within the party over this issue, Maga vs. old school.
Roughly akin to the pronounced schism within the Dem party over Gaza, young Progs marching for Palestine vs. older Dems like Joe backing Israel.
No excuse for their position, cause I disagree with it, but my take on the Magas is less Putin love than it is stay out of all foreign entanglements.........which is also a libertarian stance. Note that Rand Paaul has been anti-foreign entanglements forever and he is definitely not Maga.
End of the day, Rash Cream is the guy to make the SANE call on this one.

Putin is a whack job who can't even get his own history right and ignores historical facts that don't agree with the movie in his head. Crushing this toad would be a win.
Of course, Biden has fucked this up (with help from the Pubs).
If you're going in, go in to win.
But, instead....Joe is in it just enough to make it like Afghanistan when he pulls his flaccid wiener out after having dry fired a splurt of very old jism with weak little swimmers.
Total cuck
Oh and did I post that he's FUCKING old?
Anybody else watch the Q & A speech where he got angry and dust came out of his mouth
Watch him old-man mince on stage, squint, then mouth breathe while he tries vainly to understand a simple question, then mangle his non-answer confusing the Pres of Mexico for Egypt?
Just when Orange fucktwit has him on the ropes, he opens HIS fat mouth to say something completely absurd about NATO, fucking idiot that he is.
Please please.....anybody but these 2 shitbirds

I must say "Putin's Genocidal Myth" by Timothy Snyder is the one of the best essays I have read recently. I recommend that all MAGA White folks with feigned victimhood -turned towards aggression should read it and to understand what it means to falsify and mystify your own past of glory and apply those lies to justify your current political and cultural and political violence in the US.
We really need a real historian like Snyder to expose the myths and the lies, and their fascistic ambition surrounding megalomania like Putin and Trump. In other words, what we need to do is demystification of their megalomaniac lies and purely imaginary dreams they live in.
Putin lives in his delusional world of the purity of eternal Kyivan Rus and Russian Empire, Ukraine being a part of Russia, and Ukrainian language as a dialect of Russian language etc.
But Snyder points out that "even Russian Empire (1721-1917) was not a Russia in the way Putin wants. Most of its territory was in Asia. There was no Russian national consciousness among its people on the most of its territories for most of its existence. Most of its population did not speak Russian. Its ruling class was largely German, Polish, and Swedish. It was only with Boris Yeltsin and his chosen successor Putin that we have before us unambiguous Russians durably ruling in a country called Russia"
"Kyvian Rus was in no way 'Russia'. It was named after Vikings who became rulers. That name "Rus" came to be associated with the land and its people with Christianity. But Russia as Putin is using it, when it refers to anything specific, is an empire found in St Petersburg (a city that did not exist at the time of Kyivan Rus) in 1721.
Russian aggression comes from the following factors.
@Feigned victimhood for justifying fascism and invasion of sovereign nation (Ukrainian are NAZI, and therefore Russians are the righteous sufferers)
@Any country which does not fit in Putin's narrative needs to be extinct (reasoning for Genocide, hence destroying physical expression of Ukrainian culture, burning Ukrainian books)
@Legitimization of the Russian myth and Eternal Russia by way of the falsification of the real history to legalize invasion of Ukraine
And compare Putin's behaviors to Trump and their allies' feigned victimhood, and their justification of the current violence among us, you will see the resemblances and similarities here. All of Trump's life, he is nothing but a wealthy White, we don't see any victimhood at all. GIVE US A BREAK.

All Europe is based on the 50,000 year long genocide of the Neandrthal peoples.
And suddenly they are in a big hurry to get it back...
Fucking humans.
And just for fun, Let's acknowledge how much iron the Russians tossed (continue to toss) at the anti-Assad Syrian civilians.
Looks like Jack Smith may be indicting nearly 200 Republican House and Senate members who were involved in the scheme to overthrow the government.
Jim Jordon and Ted Cruz are likely fucked. Hopefully the MAGA losers will suffer consequences for attempting to subvert the legitimate election.
The MAGA movement must die for this country to go back to normalcy. The far left also has crazies that also need to disappear.... I believe they rose up to counterbalance the far right lunatics.
And to bring this back on topic, Republicans were the party of national security and fighting our enemies. Now they coddle them in the name of avoiding foreign entanglements and globalization.
"Let's focus our money on our internal problems, like the homeless issue or inflation or high housing prices....than wasting our money on the military, policing the world, or supporting our foreign allies."
It's a bullshit stance that likely Putin helped foster in Republicans as a seemly reasonable justification to invest internally, but in actuality, he wants the US to allow him to be more imperialistic and to become a stronger superpower in the future. It's pure stupidity to ignore a clear threat to our national security and to distance ourselves from our allies as Trump clearly wants.
Lastly, the presidential candidate that Putin strongly supports (Trump...for the dimwits out there) is clearly against our country's interests by being pro-Russia (which is "the enemy"....for the dimwits out there).

europe was initially sparely populated by a brown skin human - hunter gatherer type (not the neanderthal)
at some point a white skinned human came from the east (from the Caucasian areas) - farmer type.
the farmer variation was superior and eventually became the new european citizen, farming the lands and organizing cities.

@ lapierre
That was a joke made because I found myself in agreement with GBD and that's rare and is the occasion for a joke. but thanks for filling in some details in a completely unironic way. Good on you.
It doesn't change the actual point of the joke which is that re-litigating the distant past is a fools errand.
Now is now.

President Biden is correct, Trump/MAGA/Putin are enemies of America; He should continue to point this out, and saying IT LOUD.
"President Biden on Tuesday forcefully condemned as 'un-American' comments by former president Donald Trump in which he said he would encourage Russia to invade NATO allies if those countries did not spend enough money on defense."
Wake the F up America. The tramp is telling and showing us his plans to turn the US into an authoritarian regime
Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley suggested Tuesday that former President Donald Trump is trying to "take" the 2024 election by promoting a former adviser, a current campaign adviser and his daughter-in-law to top GOP leadership posts.
The machine is correct on that one............
Young progs, in fact.........NOBODY has made any noise at all about the 200,000 Syrians killed by Russia/Assad over the last few years......yeah fuck those guys! If your food is not good enough to have restaurants all over the place, then you die!
In the meantime, Gaza Gaza Gaza...........
The ONLY place on the planet where refugees are NOT allowed to escape their situation.
If they lived in Mexico on the other hand lol
Rather than allow them into Egypt, Cairo would rather abrogate the Accords Treaty???
They must really hate Palestinians.............let them be bombed says Sisi
OH, back on topic.........fuck Carlson
Note to self, Rash Cream can actually post one sentence instead of 10 volumes of the OED.

It has become clear that our aid to the Ukraine was not to help them defeat Russia but to weaken Russia. The Pentsgon must have known that the Ukraine could never defeat Russia. Our aid is directly responsible for keeping the war going and has resulted in the deaths of an entire generation of Ukrainian young men.
I listened to the interview. How many here knew about the CIA led Maidian coup in 2014. How many people knew that the extreme right neo Nazis unleashed an attack on the Donbas region where the Russian speaking people live. How many realize how strong the Neo Nszis are in the Ukraine.
How many know that the west promised Russia it would never expand to the east. Now it has nuclear tipped missles pointed at Russia and how putting Ukraine in NATO was the last straw for Russia
How many know that in 2022 a peace treaty was signed by Russia and the Ukraine but was vetoed by Biden and Johnson of Great Britain.
Whatever you think of Putin he lays out the Russian perspective. Folks should listen to the interview..
“ It has become clear that our aid to the Ukraine was not to help them defeat Russia but to weaken Russia. The Pentagon must have known that the Ukraine could never defeat Russia.”
What utter ill-contrived, pro-Russia propaganda bullshit nonsense.
Putin is trying to reforge the Soviet Union before he dies, and seizing control of Ukraine is key.
He also knows that Ukraine’s turn towards a friendlier west means it would be generations before Russian would attempt to reforge the Soviet state. You read the German, Spanish, Australian, Japanese news and expert analysis and you get the same. It’s only the Pro Russian goofballs who write nonsense like that, especially after hearing the stories of Ukrainian’s coming back home to fight and die against Russian aggression.
You utter fool.
the historical archenemy-ship between US and Russia only goes back to the cold war.
why is the hatred/fear so deep?
“ It has become clear that our aid to the Ukraine was not to help them defeat Russia but to weaken Russia. The Pentagon must have known that the Ukraine could never defeat Russia.”
Russia was expected to win the war against Ukraine in 3 or 4 days. It's been two years and there is a stalemate there now. Russia can barely be called a superpower now and its military is now seen as relatively weak.
However, if Ukraine does fall and Russia absorbs Ukraine's resources, Russia will grow stronger and it is predicted that Putin would attempt to take over a NATO member in 3 to 5 years. I believe Finland came out with that prediction yesterday after Trump's disgraceful position that he would allow Putin to do "whatever he wants" to a NATO country that doesn't contribute it's fair share to the NATO alliance (which is 2% of its GDP).
By being a member of the NATO alliance, an attack against one country will be treated as an attack against all NATO member countries. That has only been invoked ONCE...in support of the United States after September 11, 2001.
Piece of shit Trump is clearly a Putin shill who likely doesn't even know (or at least refuses to acknowledge) that we have been the only country that has benefited from that provision of the NATO alliance up to this point.
"the historical archenemy-ship between US and Russia only goes back to the cold war.
why is the hatred/fear so deep?"
@lapierre
There is no better way to motivate your people than by identifying an enemy. Russia blames the United States for all of its problems.
The United States and Russia became extremely powerful post-WW2. Since they had differing economic/political/governmental philosophies (democracy vs. communism), they became enemies and started supporting countries that followed or would follow their forms of government. Espionage was meant to get the upper hand and to hurt each other so they won't get stronger.
The USSR broke up in part because of the failure of communism (innovation doesn't occur without the incentive to benefit financially, which is feature of democracy) and the economic impact of the Chernobyl disaster.
Russia is now a weak country where its GDP is half of California's, but it still has a military that has nuclear weapons and an ambitious leader in Putin who wants to reconstitute USSR.
If Ukraine falls, it will attempt to take over Poland, Hungry, Romania, and other former Eastern Block countries to become stronger and stronger.
Where we will find ourselves back in the 1950's era Cold War.
^and more importantly, the US will be shelling out more money than ever if Russia wins, and all that has been spent will be for nothing.
The putin loving maga morons read this.
“ The White House's national security adviser and leading lawmakers on Capitol Hill sought to allay public concerns on Wednesday after the House Intelligence Committee chairman warned of a "national security threat" related to a "destabilizing foreign military capability" so serious that President Joe Biden should declassify "all information" about it.
Two sources familiar with deliberations on Capitol Hill said the intelligence has to do with Russia wanting to put a nuclear weapon into space”
Wonder why? FN tramptards
Russia, the 80 lb. weakling with one huge arm.
Truman should've dropped a nuke on them before they got the bomb, then given Russia to the Palestinians.
Multiple problems solved.
You're welcome.
