No hidden message....I was in a lot of pain. Frustration with a vehicle I purchased that has been issue after issue.....having another issue.
I have never been one to "Use a Hidden message " for anything....That is kinda lame.
I am very direct.
I was just venting....

Maybe some good ole Ben-Gay, do you take any vitamin supplements, Tumeric is great for inflammation, glucosamine, collagen is great for the joints.

A physical therapist will do wonders. Expect to pay in the $125-200 for an appt, but a PT will get you aligned, handle muscle spasm issues, and provide stretches/exercises to relieve pressure to get you free from pain.

As for my back, I guess I either need to marry chiropractor or massage therapist or I need to get this little thumper gun thing that Eva Gotti has..
I’ve never had back issues where my arms are going. Numb makes me a little nervous I guess it’s just the price of getting older.

Have a couple of your favorite adult beverages. To be safe, take an Uber to a chiropractor. The beverages may relax you enough for the chiro adjustment to really help.

Have you tried an inversion table? Amazing how it will loosen up your lower back and decompress your spine. I have had one for over 20 years.

I had an inversion table, not much Help, I have i’m massaging wrap, not much help I have a thumper not much help I have hot packs and cold packs not much help. I get massaged twice a month when I’m at home I’m usually the worst off once I’ve gotten back in California it’s a combination of things when I sleep terribly in a hotel to I assume the position more than I should something that causes your shoulders and your neck together. I think I can tough it out .’ I heady home sarurday.

I used to have a lot of back aches and tried acupuncture, massage, chiropractors, but nothing really was a permanent fix until I went to stretch lab.
They showed me which muscles were tight, causing pain and how to stretch on my own.
I no longer take muscle relaxers or hydrocodone.
Stretch Lab isn�t cheap, but after you�re done, you�ll wish you saw them sooner.
Side note: try not to eat a lot of fried foods (oil causes inflammation) and limit alcohol intake (alcohol also causes inflammation)

My most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven was my 1977 El Camino at 10 to 12 MPG. When I was employed I drove from LA to OKC and back a couple of times a year, but the company paid for the gas.

Ok …. This sounds crazy but it works. Living in Bakersfield I drove daily 6-8 hrs either north or south back around 08 when I found myself working again. It got to where I could not hold my arm up on the steering wheel. Here is life saving advice.
The cutting board in your kitchen (bigger is better) you are going to put that between you and the seat. This is also great at night when your back is just hurting. It works like a cast on a broken leg in that it keeps the muscles from becoming exhausted from fighting each other.
Now if you want to go further I can teach you how to trigger point it using golf balls, the board and some pillows on a couch while watching TV. Is

Try gentle yoga stretches. And keep it going after the pain is gone. Sitting too long haunching the phone or computer screen will do that to you.
