Donald Chump doesn’t even own most of the buildings he has his name on, it’a all smoke and mirrors. It also sounds like he’s never read a copy of “The art of the deal” 😂
The Draft Dodger can’t even build a wall man. So he was fired!!
|
|
He's a lot richer than anyone here on HX. LMAO
|
|
Mar-a-Lago alone is worth over $1 billion. President Trump 2024 will be fine
|
|
I'm sure most things are in a Trust.
Control everything, Own Nothing.
.
|
|
I hear he stands to make a lot when truth social goes public.
He sold out some shoes.
Yeah good bidness man!
|
|
He’s going to have to sell more then 1,000 pairs to pay his fines 😂
|
|
Hey Boogie, Speak for yourself. I heard through the grapevine that GBD is boasting that he is worth 5 billion Argentinian pesos.
When Trump first started, the NYT lauded him as a visionary. I always thought that Trump was a brilliant marketer but a terrible at finances. The money he poured into Atlantic City has to go down as an historically dumb investment. But, some of his other real estate ventures were pretty solid. If he didn't surround himself with clowns, incompetents, sycophants, and shitty lawyers he would be a lot better off today.
|
|
Don the Con as he is known by his peers in NY is nothing more than a grifter
|
|
"Mar-a-Lago alone is worth over $1 billion. President Trump 2024 will be fine."
I guess you don't know how financing works.
|
|
If Christian Louboutin's lawyers have their way, we may soon see sneakers added to the list of ventures—alongside steaks, airlines, magazines, a university, and casinos—that he has f'd up. Business genius he is not.
|
|
He has been known as the "Carnival Barker" by the other developers in NYC for his pure BS.

Tramp “owes an additional $87,502 in post-judgment interest every day until he pays the $354 million fine ordered by Judge Arthur Engoron in his civil fraud case, according to ABC News' calculations based on the judge's lengthy ruling in the case.
Judge Engoron on Friday fined Trump $354 million plus approximately $100 million in pre-judgment interest in the civil fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, after he found that tramp and his adult sons had inflated tramps net worth in order to get more favorable loan terms.
Engoron ordered tramp to pay pre-judgment interest on each ill-gotten gain -- with interest accruing based on the date of each transaction -- as well as a 9% post-judgment interest rate once the court enters the judgment in the case.”
Don the Con is digging himself a nice big hole. 😂 🤣😁
Not sure the tramp ever read Will Rogers quotes. But this is a good one.
“If you find yourself in a hole stop digging”.

"I heard through the grapevine that GBD is boasting that he is worth 5 billion Argentinian pesos."
😳
5 Billion Vietnamese Dong, not pesos man
If you're spreading rumors, get it right!

The fucking banks had him in the early nineties
Totally bankrupt under water, all they had to do was unplug him from life support.
Assholes let him come back
It scared the shit out of Trump
After that, it was all licensing deals, own nothing with no loans
I blame the fucking banks
|
|
dick fuck on the shoes...you realize he didn't make the shoes?
btw, take a fucking look at the shoes...they don't infringe
leticia james wants to have the 40 Wall Street building sold asap
looks like appeals could take a while...maybe the flaming libby left will get lucky and he'll have to sell it all at 30cents on the dollar
probably not...pretty sure the money will come from somewhere
Saudis are probably itching to get him back in office...Biden was flipping them off the whole time as he was taking it in the ass from iran
|
|
sure he's praying for a small miracle on the financial cash flow jam he's in now
maybe a big gofundme?
something the Saudis and putin can goose for a bit

It's only because he's running for POTUS that the Dems are going after him.
If he wasn't running the Dems could care less about him.
Hillary and Bill got a pass on their nonprofit so called charity and Hillary
got a pass on having classifed and top secret documents on an unauthorized,
unsecured server. She also destroyed evidence.
Joe also had classifed documents which he should have had for more than
40 yrs. and also got a pass. But Trump is the real crook. LOL
There is mounting evidence that the Bidens received money from foreign
governments for influence peddling which is against the law.
But those of you who don't like Trump, conveniently ignore these truths.
Unfortunately things will get a lot worse before they get better, even if
Trump is elected.
Illegal Chinese are now pouring into CA unimpeded. And I don't think
they are here to do our laundry.
If they can get Trump, then they will be coming for many of us on HX.
Many, here are involved in questionable activities. 👍
|
|
I wonder what else IQ45 has that might be worth $500 million dollars?
|
|
btw the way boogie, i think they would have gone after him anyway. the LEFT that is in control doesn't know when to stop or when they have a winning hand.
this CASH crunch could be tuff to work around. i heard some bond companies would be asking for the FULL thing
will be really TELLING if they WHACK his get-of-jail-free card opportunity on this...pretty easy to do
|
|
Yeah…fuck the left! How dare they force a criminal to pay for his crimes!!
Not to be outdone, we all know that the right will continue to claim Biden should be impeached for the $5 million that he didn’t take from Burisma.
Republicans are a fucking joke. You’ll sleep better after you accept it.
|
|
i can see you and leticia james, fanni just having a great time together...or that old one up in LA...frigging whackjobs
now we just gotta figure out how Donald is going to get his hands on this kinda money...the dude needs a miracle...the shoes? not going to be enough
tulsi came around...you should also and might start sleeping better yourself
I have been doing pretty good on the sleep front....as long as the lil cam girls are on decent schedules and not fucking wait around at all hours of the night.
|
|
Couldn’t care less if the Con can pay. Leticia said today she’s going to seize assets if he doesn’t pay.
I wasn’t actually referring to you sleeping better. I meant you’d be less frustrated with politics once you accept the GOP is a joke, but it’s good to hear that you’re getting better sleep now.
|
|
put your hate aside for one minute
how's that language of her talking about and eying that building...wanting to seize it...verbalizing it, like she was verbalizing her get trump in the campaign?
it ain't gonna fly
can't believe you like this kinda thing
i think he will find the money somewhere...maybe a personal Saudi loan...on his assets???
maybe they will buy his assets...that might be better for everyone with trump out of NY real estate altogether ...nyc and powers that be, would probably like that
they are taking over the PGA, maybe taking some prime real estate also
|
|
Fug I hope they never look at any of our loan aps.
|
|
You have no worries, unless you are their political opponent.
|
|
the door is open for pretty much anything at this point

"put your hate aside for one minute"
I was going to respond to this before. If there is anyone who is politically hateful, it's Trump. Remember when he started the chant, "lock her up, lock her up"? So it rich to say the I should put aside my hate for a minute.
I have been saying Trump is a criminal since 2017. The man isn't bright, he's a business failure, he says the dumbest shit imaginable, and he has no problem being cruel to minorities/children at the border. He unconscionably allowed his dumb-fuck followers to die from Covid--all so he could win reelection.
And don't get me started on how he's clearly a traitor: fomenting an insurrection, attempting to steal an election, and his unwavering support of Putin--another criminal and a sworn enemy of the United States--should sicken everyone.
It is disturbing that anyone still supports him and wants him to be president again.
Trump deserves to be prosecuted and lose everything.
|
|
Here are some of the dumb fucks who still support Trump.
The backpedaling is at least funny.

^ Couple of things, since it's very easy to follow the crazy homeless guy's last post........I mean it's not like he's as interesting as an animal act or anything
#1
DWAC, punch it up on your dial.
This one popped up for me but I passed on buying.
This is the SPAC that's merging with Truth Social with a valuation of about $10B.
About half the value of Twitter (X), but you have to overlook a whole lotta nothing-burger to get to $10B. I don't get it, so passed on it........up from $17 to $50 in the last month.
#2
Not a lot are talking about it but it will be interesting to see if it comes up soon. Take a gander at the 8th Amendment, most often spoken of with regards the death penalty, cruel and unusual punishment, etc. (You know like having to go thru an election with 2 OLD POS's).
But, the 8th also mentions "excessive fines" and bail. For those of you with an IQ above 17 (not MA of course), it makes for interesting reading (link below). In the NYC case, 1 judge elected as a Democrat has decided that $350m is the number........does anybody actually know how he reached that princely sum?
The feedback from the peanut gallery here will be, of course he owes this much AND MORE. And, some will say "what an outrage"...........anyway, here's some relevant information.......you decide
"In 1998, however, the Court injected vitality into the strictures of the clause. “The touchstone of the constitutional inquiry under the Excessive Fines Clause is the principle of proportionality: The amount of the forfeiture must bear some relationship to the gravity of the offense that it is designed to punish.” In United States v. Bajakajian, the government sought to require that a criminal defendant charged with violating federal reporting requirements regarding the transportation of more than $10,000 in currency out of the country forfeit the currency involved, which totaled $357,144. The Court held that the forfeiture in this particular case violated the Excessive Fines Cause because the amount forfeited was “grossly disproportionate to the gravity of defendant’s offense.” In determining proportionality, the Court did not limit itself to a comparison of the fine amount to the proven offense, but it also considered the particular facts of the case, the character of the defendant, and the harm caused by the offense."

It's pretty obvious that Trump lied on his documents, which means he's guilty of the crime.
Taking into account that the loaning banks did their own appraisals, hair-cut Trump's numbers by a lot, then decided to MAKE the loans as a business decision, were paid all interest/principal in full on time........so basically a victimless crime. It's pretty hard to argue that anyone was actually injured especially when you consider that the penalty fees will go to the State of NY...........and they were harmed how?
Given the doctrine of proportionality, it's hard to see a penalty of $350m making any actual sense and seems to be more punitive than anything.......but, this is Trump we're talking about here lol
Now, if he were a "person of color" who had simply knocked over a liquor store in LA, Gascon would have him out with no bail in a few hours. But, this is the devil incarnate who is actively in the process of destroying Democracy, as we know it...............so yeah...........$350m sounds about right.
I've never voted for Trump, nor will I ever, but in trying to "step back" to look at this case with no prejudice? Yes, a crime was committed. The question is, what is a reasonable penalty given the effects of the crime..............remember proportionality.
You decide.............

Last post on this one because even the crazy homeless guy rant can be accidentally right once in a while.
In their hatred of Trump, the Dems fucked up by pushing the phony Russian collusion and then the first impeachment was complete utter bullshit.
However, the 2nd impeachment meant something, and maybe could've been successful........except that the idiot Dems had pushed too much early on and ended up hardening the opposition. NOW, multiple indictments later and the dumb Reps are stuck in the mud with a morally bankrupt, generally ill-mannered Reality show host with no realistic agenda to govern.....other than "Time to stick it to the Man!" and "I'm the guy that will blow up the boxes".
Trump will have NO more success at taking down the bureaucracy than any other President before him. It cannot be done without being a true dictator, the bureaucracy protects it's own and itself. The day that Biden or Trump enter office, they will be immediately a second term LAME DUCK president with very little power, other than the "executive order". Congress will pretty much ignore both of them for the next 4 years lol
That is all

Oh Gobbels, you sick fuck. You always come across as an insecure twat and psych issues.
The legal principle that should apply in this case is disgorgement of ill-gotten gains from illegal conduct. Every legal expert I’ve listened to believes the penalty will be enforced.
Here’s how Engoron determined the penalty:
Engoron found that Trump’s phony wealth claims were critical to his success, affording him lower loan interest rates and allowing him to build projects he wouldn’t have otherwise been able to finish. The judge determined that those savings and windfall profits were “ill-gotten gains” and ordered him and his co-defendants to cough them up to the state, with interest.
Trump, both individually and as the owner of various corporate entities, must pay:
— $168 million, plus interest, in savings on loans he obtained using his inflated financial statements for a golf resort near Miami, a Chicago hotel and condominium tower, a Washington, D.C. hotel and a Manhattan office building. Trump obtained three of the loans through Deutsche Bank’s private wealth management unit, which offered lower interest rates than its commercial real estate division, and used his financial statements to show the bank he was wealthy and a good credit risk.
— $126.8 million, plus interest, in profit from selling the Trump International Hotel in Washington in May 2022 to a company that now operates it as a Waldorf Astoria. Trump used $170 million of the $375 million to pay off a loan on the property. Other proceeds went to his children.
— $60 million, plus interest, from selling the rights to manage a New York City golf course in June 2023. Engoron noted in his ruling that the buyer, Bally’s Corporation, stands to pay Trump an additional $115 million if it obtains a casino license for the property. However, he did not say if he would require Trump to give up that money, too.
Trump’s sons, Eric and Donald Jr., must each pay a little over $4 million, plus interest, to the state for their shares of the Washington hotel sales. Weisselberg, the former Trump Organization finance chief, was ordered to pay $1 million — half of the $2 million severance he’s receiving.

And, you actually believe this pile of bullshit?
So, Engoron (an elected Dem judge with likely little personal experience in business at this level) second guesses the bankers on how much interest they charge after having done their own due diligence appraisals in an agreed upon transaction between two willing and sophisticated parties.....with none having been damaged..........and the State of NY gets to keep the money.
You are actually even stupider than I first thought. MA, the Lina Khan of HX has spoken........or rather gullibly copy pasted.
Like I said, the bankers in the '90's who could've BK'ed Trump are the fuck-ups......... they could have and should have. Personally, I couldn't give a shit about Trump but this is not actual justice but more vendetta.
As with Russian collusion, you should be more concerned about the "lawfare" being employed because surely.....one day......the very same will be employed against you by equally unscrupulous types who just happen to be in power.
|
|
“even stupider”
Like your poor grammar, you really are an ignorant, pathetic clown. Admit that you’re wrong. There is no proportionality when someone is unjustly enriched through fraudulent acts. Disgorgment of ill-gotten gains is the standard penalty.
|
|
-*yawn*
So boring with your tantrums, GoBalls.
“the very same will be employed against you by equally unscrupulous types who just happen to be in power.”
Y’all made the attempt with Hillary with “lock her up.”
Was she indicted? Arrested? Criminal charges filed? Found guilty?
How about Biden?
Oh, for sure there are a few Dems who have pulled some shady stuff and been caught and facing repercussions. (Waving at you, Bob Menéndez).
But the wave and wave of criminals charges being made and tearing into Trump and cohorts is historical.
|
|
Gee it almost seems like the courts are biased.
|
|
@ loucfirr1
That’s one explanation….or maybe Republicans are more criminal that Democrats. Just imagine what the numbers will be after the Trump administration is factored in. Maybe 50 to 1?

GOP Admins Had 38 Times More Criminal Convictions Than Democrats, 1961-2016

No doubt a lot of the valuations TrumpOrg used in the loan applications included "Blue Sky" or "Goodwill". These are always a fuzzy number and can vary widely. Not sure if the banks put a lot of faith in either of them when evaluating one's assets.
One gross violation of TrumpOrg's loan applications was declaring an unfinished apartment building to have a "Bly Sky" value (but they didn't declare that) based on what the income from that development would be AFTER it was completed, but failed to disclose that the project wasn't finished yet and had not generated any income to date. That was a stretch for sure, if not an outright lie.
TrumpOrg obviously has "Blue Sky" value based on the Trump "Brand". But the only time they can really cash in on that value is if they actually sell the business. If DJT should get convicted of any of the felonies he is facing the Blue Sky value will take a huge hit.
|
|
Engeron had the nerve to suggest that Mar a Lago is currently worth $15 million.
Out of touch? Or completely corrupt.
You decide.
|
|
Now don the con is pleading with the RNC idiots to pay his legal fees.
Hey tramptards how about mortgaging your assets and send your supreme leader the finances he so desperately needs.
|
|
"even stupider"
Like your poor grammar.....
You like "even dumber" better?
Either one would be correct usage to describe you..........
(see grammar link)
MA, you make Yappy look like Einstein..........and he's never been correct in a hundred posts now
At least you don't TOS like Yappy...........congrats!
|
|
The Gloomster chimes in!
You should know better than to post while there are balls landing on your chin!
"Y’all made the attempt with Hillary with “lock her up.”
Was she indicted? Arrested? Criminal charges filed? Found guilty?"
Poor Hilly got fucked over in the end by the very same hypocrite who couldn't stay in his lane lol
Comey gaveth, then Comey tooketh away.
Good news that old "nuke in the sniz" won clemency but lost a Presidency 🤣🤣
Bad news was Comey bequeathed us a Trump
Which promptly made your collective heads explode 😎
😂😂😂

"Lordy, I hope he has tapes." ~James Comey
|
|
Trump being told he lost the election on Fox News over and over again. Such a clown.
|
|
Sounds like somebody that does not believe he lost the election.
|
|
It doesn’t matter what Trump says he believes.
Trump wanted to be a dictator from day one, so no matter the outcome of the 2020 election, he was going to claim the election was rigged.
Why do you think he asked Texas to do a recount of the 2016 election results in a state that he won? The goal was to discredit the election system so that he can retain power even if he loses in future elections.
Trump lost and he knows it.
Fox News is being forced to say the truth because of the Dominion voting machine lawsuit. Now many Republicans will finally understand the lying sack of shit has tried to deceive them all along with the help of conservative media.
|
|
What’s that, GoBalls?
I could not understand the rant. And I am fluid speaker in English, Engwish (Asian immigrant mispronounciation), Spanglish, Tourrette’s and Jive (contemporary and old school).
When you give head you head exploded because of the Comey in your mouth?
