It is said, that some property was purchased while he was a sitting president.

IF memory serves me correct; the DJT organization ("TrumpOrg") owns property all of the world so having property in China is almost expected. Presidents are suppose to place all of their business affairs like TrumpOrg into a blind trust while they are a sitting president. DJT turned over control and operation of TrumpOrg to his sons just before being sworn in as president so technically everything was kosher.
I think a problem arose when DJT took control of TrumpOrg back from the sons while he was still president. That was NOT kosher. I believe that was after the 2020 election but before DJT left office, but still a technical violation. Even so, it was only going to be a slap on the wrist if anyone made a stink about it.
HOWEVER; this is one of the things that the prosecution will use in his Jan6 trial. It is clear that DJT knew he had lost the election and that he would be vacating the Oval Office soon, or why would he take back control of TrumpOrg? I can't recall if taking back control of TrumpOrg was after the election but before Jan6, but if it was then he obviously knew he had lost, which points to a sinister motive for his actions during Jan6.

Not sure what you comment on DJT taking back control of TrumpOrg was, I was merely pointing out that the prosecution is going to be all over that slip up. THEIR take will probably be, "He knew he had to keep his business dealings in a blind trust for the entire time he was president so if he really thought he had 4 more years as president then why take back control of TrumpOrg when he did.
Either he KNEW he lost the election or he intentionally violated the requirement to keep TrumpOrg in a blind trust, but it has to be one or the other; there simply is no other plausible explanation. And again, no skin off my back, I don't really care. Just pointing out what the prosecution has seen and will most assuredly attack. It doesn't take a genius to see this one.
But from MY viewpoint, and MY personal opinion, DJT's obsessive impulses to have and maintain control over EVERYTHING may have tripped him up this time. Time will tell. I can't even imagine how he could "spin" this any other way.

I have a theory of how the polls indicating that HRC would win actually caused DJT to win instead.
For years we have prohibited the networks from calling a winner until ALL of the voting was complete (except for absentee ballots) in all of the states. If the networks called a winner based on exit polls from the east and mid-west it could negatively affect voters in the west. If a winner could be called before voting in Cali was done, then why bother going to the polls and vote after getting off of work. This same sort of problem affected the 2016 election, but kind of in reverse.
For weeks prior to the 2016 election the pollsters were predicting an easy win for HRC. But voting night in Michigan and Wisconsin was very cold and very wet. People were having to stand in that cold rain for 2-hours just to vote.
So say you live in Michigan and you just got off of work at 5p. Polls close at 8p. However, your candidate (HRC) is thought to be a sure winner. Would you stand in the cold rain for 2-hours to vote when you thought your vote wasn't going to make a difference anyway? No, you stay home!
It could be said that the same situation existed for DJT, why would anyone stand in the cold rain for 2-hours to cast a vote that wasn't going to change anything. But these weren't just your normal run-of-the-mill voters, these were MAGA enthusiasts. They DID stand in the rain, and they DID vote - and DJT won, but only because the Dem's stayed home!
So essentially, the pollsters' predictions that HRC would easily win, coupled with some bitterly cold and wet weather in some key battleground states, actually caused a direct opposite effect. It would appear that DJT's campaign has already forgotten that lesson and run the risk of letting it happen again. If DJT is so far ahead that nothing can stop his win, then why would anybody (Republican) be inconvenienced by having to stand in a line to vote, especially if it is inclement weather?
Come on Mother Nature! You did it once - you can do it again!
