Wow! His loss. You are so hot can’t understand why he would mess that up

Was all that messaging back and forth over text message? Or through the site’s messaging system?

just SMH at the idiots out there that mess it up for the rest of us, to the OP at least you were smart enough to not go thru with the encounter

ugh that’s the worst. it makes it feel like you can’t trust who wants to book because A LOT of them do this and i just don’t understand why they waste our time? stay safe babe

If you’re going to relyupon text messages, you can’t trust them to be who they say they are. You have to get a PM as proof of they are who they say they are.

OP, when I checked your rating, I didn't see any ratings exchange between you and the no-show. But I did see that you have over 20 incoming ratings but only 2 outgoing. You may want to rate the people who have seen you.

Allison, as others have mentioned, when you receive a text from someone claiming to be "so-and-so" from HX, the best thing to do is send a PM to that account asking if they are the one texting you. Include a code word that you change each time and ask them to text back from the same number.
Also, it looks like in the last year 25 people have networked you saying you are safe, but you have only returned the favor twice. For the HX network system to work, it is a good idea to do 2 second rating of people you meet in person, especially if they have already rated you. If you have spent an accumulated time together longer than 2 hours, consider doing the 2 minute rating. Read each question carefully and answer honestly.

As an aside, when incoming vs outgoing ratings gets too far out of whack, ANA (an automated site process system) will get involved and prevent further ratings.
