Are hotels simply just less expensive than AirBnBs now?

before AirBnBs seemed less expensive, I feel like their fees have been jacked up. or better in scenarios where you have a group of people. Hotels are better if you use repeat deals

I think if you’re staying multiple days each cheaper. It’s just the service and cleaning fee that’s pretty expensive if you’re there for one day that’s why most places have a minimum stay on Airbnb. I require 6 day minimum to avoid the hotel tax for those who book with me

Yeah, cleaning staff for homes have sky rocketed since Covid. My cleaning lady just bought a new house in a nice neighborhood 😳

I got a 1985 Ram Conversion van. Carpet on floor, walls and ceilings. 2 rows of Captains chairs, couch in back that folds to a bed, a large bucket with kitty litter and half a toilet seat to go on top.

Gilbert you joke, but there was an airbnb in Monterey, CA pre covid 2020 that was a trailer on someone's property where the electricity was an extension cord from the main house. They wanted $89/night. I just did a search and it's not there anymore, but there are a few people renting rv in their driveways. And people are paying!

^ So you want to rent the van? Parked in alley and I can throw a hose over the fence.
