At SOTU, Biden complained that the tax code is unfair, teachers are not paid enough, the cost of college is too high, America needs more clean energy jobs, Russia is out of control, and that the cost of healthcare is too high.
At the 2008 DNC Biden said that Obama would reform the tax code, pay teachers more, make college and healthcare affordable, hold Russia accountable, and create a bunch of clean energy jobs.

Two things!
1) I always find it hard to believe that the response, by either party, to a SOTU address is spontaneous. Obviously the other party gets a sneak peek of the address and has time to formulate and structure a response. So it really isn't a spontaneous response at all but just a means of providing some equal time.
2) Not withstanding the content, I have a new appreciation of Scarlet Johansson's acting abilities. She really nailed it!

Are you guys still talking about this subject? I thought exposing Britt's lies was the center of the whole story, and dragging it unnecessary makes MAGAs look all the more guilty. That is how they lose suburban women voters.
If you still want to talk about it, I would like to mention the following; "Britt predictably followed the shameless example that former president Donald Trump sets whenever he is caught in a whopper. For me, however, the most shameful act by Britt was that despite her participation in the bi-partisan senate Border Security bill, as soon as their Fuhrer told them to block it, all of them including Britt and Mccornell who took care of the bill changed their attitude 180 degree, and they all opposed the bill except for Lankford/Collins/Murkowski/Romney.
On top of it, Britt totally lied about the victim in front of wide audience, that is JUST INCREDIBLE. The real victim being offended by her comment never crossed her mind.
