ISIS is using footage as recruitment video, showing that “they did not forget past Russian attrocities”.

Update:
The terror group that launched the Russian attacks attempted similar attacks in France and other places. Putin’s handling of the warnings before hand have put him at risk, as he tries to deflect blame on Ukraine while ISIS touts the attack as a win.

The Russians don't seem to be too good at handling these types of attacks. I seem to recall that they had some sort of theater taken over by terrorist some years back and their special forces used a "knock-out" gas but ended up killing more civilians in the process than the terrorist did!
Given the progress (or lack thereof) in the Ukraine war, I don't think Russia's military capabilities (except for nuclear) are all that!
