Lost dog

Saw the other blog crazy if owners are not chipping there dogs. Anyway this morning this boy was at my sisters front yard we are trying to get a home or foster he was posted on ring 2 days ago as lost they just let him go because he runs away he is friendly took him to the vet there’s no chip

OF ANYONE CAN TAKE HIM OR FOSTER PLEASE CONTACT ME @ 323-301-8143

I CANNOT KEEP HIM AND WILL HAVE TO GAKE HIM TO THE SHELTER WHICH I REALLY DONT want TO DO
