My tenant got divorced after she found out he was cheating on her. She left with the kids and in eight months he went from responsible grandfather to persona non grata after a few fights at his job. It’s been almost two years since then he took a nose dive with his personal well being.
I gave him a break during his stint in the hospital, but had to say no more after I found out he had tried to pawn the new toilet bowls I had installed in his and a neighbors’ unit.
