I am between the locations but prefer OC cause it’s just easier to travel to compared to driving in LA. Especially if you going to the west side or Valley.
You should make a SGV or Inland Empire trip. Selfish reasons.

I like LA, been starting to add costa mesa to my trips hopefully get enough time to go this trip!

avoid the spoiled white areas swtie , more of it isnt gonna do much

I actually enjoy the resaturates in theses areas, parks and other attractions of these places,
like the south coast plaza makes a perfect place to meet someone for lunch before a little fun date 
burbank has great dinner places and cafes
there's a tea house in Camino cap called los rios tea house and they have great food and tiny sandwiches
san Diego has the best Mexican food ive had

Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine = by far the best areas to host

yeah its a nice area, but i meant the culture out there, its not inclusive, its unrealistic, similar to bev hills, which has nealy become a ghost town, and more of it doesn't make the world better, an overly saturated culture, some ppl will know exactly what i mean. lol

some would argue that every place has is downs in that regard oversaturated with rich or poor or even both

Many people who moved away have come back. I went away for grad school. At the time, I hated LA (the traffic, the superficiality, etc.). Within 3 months of leaving, I was dying to come back.

+1 for SGV. The center of gravity between OC, LA. And Ontario.
Anaheim is also pretty central but if pushed I’d say OC over LA. Better parking, better traffic, better roads.

To work, OC. Everything else, LA. I love the guys I meet here from the site. Everyone else is insufferable. I grew up here and you could not pay me enough money to move back lol
When I hang out in OC, all the men are creeps, and they’re all fucking weird and entitled for no reason. In LA, people at least leave me alone 😂 I joke that it’s because I’m an LA 5 and everywhere else an 8, but honestly I think it’s because everyone in LA has something going on ( and many times, have their heads up their own asses) unlike the beige hellscape that is OC.

Orange County is the best city in the whole United States we got laguna, newport, Huntington beach dana point etc… no homeless encampments in the sides of our streets like Los Angeles filled with potholes, corrupt police gang violence and hippie liberals … let that sink in!

definitely LA for me, I live in and work in LA.
Pasadena is a great area, tons of reasonably priced hotels, safe, clean, and secure.
