Let her do what she's doing, but let her know that if she wants to choose different path you are there to help and support her and I don't mean financially. Some ppl just need to know someone is in there corner that they trust. Whether it's to bounce ideas off of or to be a cheerleader.
If she's young she probably doesn't want to be told what to do, but to know a door is always open if she changes her mind is comforting.

I can’t judge. These girls have opportunity to work one night and make more money than they did working a 40 hour week job and it’s legal.

Also. He is an adult now so he has every right to do whatever he wants in life. No turning back the clock now.
You should however, ask for a friends and family discount with his coworkers. Maybe let them know you will write up some good reviews on yelp for them
