Do any providers actually like Fat guys?

I find it disheartening that going through life as an obese man that money still can't buy my happiness lol. Are there any providers not put off by obesity? Costumes and Outfits
Do any providers hold on to their Halloween costumes or have any cute dress up outfits of their favorite superhero or maybe just a schoolgirl or nurse or something? Most have lingerie which is great but honestly pretty boring unless its some knock out piece or I have a fetish for (thigh highs anyone?) Does anyone have or know of someone who has ass implants? I have such a fetish for these things its weird. I am usually not into fake things but for some reason fake rumps get me going like no other but a lot of women will not admit they have implants either on top or definitely below.
