After everything that Stacey Abrams did for Joe Biden I can't believe he has the audacity to ban menthol cigarettes.

What are you gonna spend your two thousand dollar stimulus on, now that Mitch is out of the way?

Maybe I don't have enough exposure to Republicans Whenever I see somebody encouraging others to vote, the person is a Democrat.
Do Republicans ever encourage people to vote? Have you seen them do it anywhere?

Images from Uranus Seems like Uranus used to have water, earth might be left without water soon too. That likely means goodbye humans.

Social Constructs Some people commenting on that gender blog don't know what the fuck they're talking about because they don't know what a social construct is.
Words are social constructs. Languages are social constructs. Categories are social constructs.
Thus, gender is a social construct like every other category that humans have created to place labels upon people.
If you hold the opinion that all people should be placed into one of two gender categories, that's fine. You're entitled to the opinion. But it just sounds indescribably ignorant to claim that something, which is by definition a social construct, is not one.

Forty-five I'm no Angels fan by any means.
But what the Angels did last night was really nothing short of miraculous.
The Angels played their first home game since Tyler Skaggs died, and every player wore his name and number on their backs.
His mom threw out the ceremonial opening pitch, which was a perfect strike.
Then, the Angels pitched a no-hitter, using 2 different pitchers (each wearing #45, just like their teammates). The second pitcher went 7 innings, matching the longest outing of his career. He's not a very good pitcher (career ERA of 4.39).
It was the first combined no-hitter in the state of California since 7/13/1991, which just happened to be the day that Tyler Skaggs was born (exactly 28 years ago).
