Ladies, how important is Self Care to you?
I know that you guys are working hard, and you have your down time waiting for people to respond.
You might be trying to make ends meet, or get ahead for a bigger goal. You might have not slept for a few days. Your neck, shoulders, probably even lower back might be tight, and knotted.
I love massages, i get them all the time. Both for sports and leisure, i came to feel like 80% of them was a waste, sensual massages are nice, but a good deep tissue will make you feel amazing.
