People Level 0
So for the first time in two weeks since I've been here only today have I had two guys that are Level zero with no ratings (NOT EVEN 1 RATING) have contacted me to see me.
I find it kind of sketchy but at the same time I want to be fair. I know that everybody sometimes starts off new but it just seems kind of weird to me I don't know.
I'd be interested in hearing other people's opinions on this topic.
