Just wondering I did keto for a month and lost 20 pounds. I am now doing low carb and I seem to have lost the same amount but in a longer time frame. I know there are some knowledgeable people in here so I’m wondering which is healthier for me in the long run! Yes losing weight is the healthiest but I want to do it the right way! I’ve been strong for 3 months so just looking for pointers or any advice. Thanks
