Red Barchetta
I just heard the Rush song and it made me wonder. How far are we away from that scenario here in CA? 100 years? I'm guessing it could be less.
If you haven't heard the song it's about it being illegal to drive a car with a gasoline engine (basically)

really know how to manipulate us dudes. My heart has recently grown so cold that I am immune but I have very recently noticed how you ladies turn your head, flip your hair and the one we can't resist, touch our shoulder briefly.
Witnessed this several times this week. Every dude turned into a complete idiot.
Are we that simple?

Over the last few years
I've seen (usually in a bar because that's the only place I go any more) ladies with a dude looking at him like no lady has ever looked at me. Just looking up and smiling at him like he's the best dude on the planet when most of the rest of us can see he is a regular douche like we are. Never looking away, sparkle in her eye. So ladies is this just an act, or are you really this enamored with a dude? I'm only asking in case I hit the lottery and some chick pulls this on me.

Congratulations California
Your governor has decided to use the very technical calendar as the device for determining when we can completely ignore COVID. Personally, I haven't agreed with anything this dipshit has done, but at least he came up with a plan with the color system. Now, he apparently threw a dart at a calendar and picked June 15th as the point in time when it will be safe, which contradicts his previous policy. Get this ahole out of office already.
Born and raised here, and can't believe how fucked up this state has become over the last 10 or 15 years.
