RemedyDreams pt. II
III. At this point I�m quite dismayed. I�m in disbelief over the situation, but even still I try to keep her privacy in mind. With the two full deposits and the three wasted occasions booking a room, I�m in this over 3k at this point. I figure I would still try and arrange with her since being a dick isn�t likely to get my moneys worth out of the situation, however my attempts to reschedule (again, completely up to me) prove to be fruitless. Just like all my efforts since seeing her in June, I�m met with excuses, impasse and lack of communication. A constant navigation of her not feeling well, her �time of the month� (never questioned or took issue with it) or her simply disappearing mid conversation. I�m literally bending over backwards to try and make something happen, even offering to pay her again - doesn�t work. I ask for more communication on her end regarding her availability so I may try and create more opportunities for us (as in I will go out of my way to make something happen), nope. I get non committal answers like
�Well I certainly hope there�s more opportunities for us going forward.� .. ?!?!?
Her recent activities on humaniplex indicate that she definitely has more time for handling �business� than she has lead me to believe, so going into October I finally lose my patience with the situation. I try to convey my frustration to no avail, our talks going forward are fraught with misdirection and cognitive dissonance on her end (yikes), as it starts to become more and more apparent that she has no intention of keeping her commitments.
IV. After she refused to prove that her phone was stolen - the only time I asked her to prove anything - I indicate I am done negotiating with the situation, and that she owes me for the deposits at least. She refused (shocker).
In light of everything, I ask her why I shouldn�t blog about this, as the community would certainly like to know about this shady behavior, and why I shouldn�t ding her accordingly. She claims to not care either way, before invoking my wife�s name out of context. See albums.
V. October 21st/22nd SOMEBODY with intimate knowledge of me reached out to my wife and brought her attention to this website, specifically my profile, which prompted me to delete it in an effort to save my marriage.
VI. She signaled she will not participate in any blog I make. I encouraged her otherwise. I�m sure she would rather tell her side behind closed doors, for obvious reasons.
VII. I contend that any issue she may have with me occurred after she took my money and stood me up for the third time. Before that, she�s got nothing. Context is important.
In conclusion, three times this year RemedyDreams failed to keep her commitments, and couldn�t be bothered to cancel or follow up in a timely manner on all three occasions. This behavior is inexcusable.
She accepted my help and took two deposits in exchange for two dates (albums) and refuses to keep said commitments.
She threatened me with personal information, and followed through on it.
I�ve wasted over 3k just trying to arrange with her. I accept your criticisms.
I have no explanation for her bizarre behavior. I have my suspicions of a possible mental illness, drug addiction or maybe she�s navigating all this with a live-in boyfriend. Perhaps all three. None of it is any excuse for what she did. Leading up to August I have been nothing but kind and generous towards her, and she has completely taken advantage of it.
There are a TON of options nearby that are cheaper, more fun and easier to arrange with� and won�t wreck your shit at home. Spare yourself the headache, you�re not missing anything special here.
