2nd Amendment “don’t take my ...”
I’m not so much a social medicine party as I am a wtf makes logical sense issue person. So this is not meant to be a party q. It’s just for more info so I can be more educated and totally upgraded ya dig.
Including officer hated Fienstine, can anyone point to a proposed law that allows the Gov March into the private persons private personal property and take away that property completely without exceptions or exemptions. Is there any proposed law that will take away the second amendment right entirely without a constitutional amendment?

Cuz no interpretation of the constitution I have ever read has given absolute no matter what type rights. No total exec privilege. 99% of religious school funding can be tax payer and it’s still not government sponsored religion. Free speech is only free up to a point even all alone in your closet in the dark. And the 4th 5th 6th are ripe with exceptions exclusions and impossible error tests.
So my point is a question of where does any proposed law take away the second in its entirety. That’s bad. Where is the law that chips away at it? How does it chip it away. Where and when and why does it chip it away.
Cuz I noticed heaps of passion for this amendment. I love our constitution. Super cool to see others talk about it with such excitement.
