Fuck that shit up!
I recently went to the Steel Pulse and Wailers show at the Pacific Amp. in Costa Mesa. A number of young men were yelling "Fuck that shit up!" I heard this last year at Ziggy Marley concert and at a Marley brothers's show. I like reggae. I do not understand what "Fuck that shit up" means. To me it sound fucking stupid. Are young males just fucking stupid.

Improving eye sight with simple exercises and vitamins
I got my first pair of readers about 10 years ago, 8 years go I went to the eye doctor for my first pair of prescription glasses. My eye sight has steadily declined over the years. After losing my prescription pair a few months ago I went to the store to buy a pair of readers and I ended up needing a plus 3 readers. I tried eye exercises and eye vitamins. After about 5 weeks I now can read .with plus 2 readers. I take the eye vitamins from Trader Joe's and do these exercises twice a day. see link below for the exercises.

Bad day in H.B.
Drove down Beach Blvd. and the shop were being raided and shut down. I hate going to Santa Ana.
