How to Manage the Homeless Problem in California I don't have the answer but perhaps California should send a delegation to Florida because apparently they do. I just got back from spending a week in South Florida and didn't see a single tent pitched anywhere and only one panhandler on a street corner. Obviously they don't throw buckets of money at the problem because they have no state income tax, and their sales and other taxes are considerably lower than California. But do you think the liberals in this state would ever admit they don't have the answers other than to raise taxes and spend more to get less.
